Safe to walk around, fun during the day and night, close to airport and family friendly. Tons of places to enjoy just walking distance.

Walking distance to Walgreens, Restaurants, Supermarket, casino, hotels, fast foods, public transportation, watersports, jet ski rentals, banana boat, parasailing and isla verde beach!

If you are visiting for 2-3 days, you will enjoy walking the area. It`s really safe to walk around to the beach, hotels, nightlife, restaurants, and more. You are most likely not going to need to rent a car. If you are staying for a few more days or if you are looking to explore the island, consider renting a car as taking taxis outside the San Juan area can be expensive. There is Uber available in P.R and taxis have flat rates within San Juan, no meters. Expect to pay around $12-$20 for each cab ride. If you rent a car, the place includes an assigned free parking spot so no need to struggle to find street parking. If you are renting more than one car, you can find parking in the plaza across the street for a daily flat rate.

You can grab a taxi or a bus just downstairs anytime to see the sights and explore. Beach chair rentals and watersports are just a few steps from the complex lobby on the beach in front. Car rentals are open 24hrs and also available on the main street behind the condo.

The occupancy of the property (reservation dates) begins on the date and time established for check-in and is completed on the check-out date and established time. Unless a previous late check-out is agreed by Capital Jetset and the guest(s) in writing, guests are expected to leave the premises on this established check-out date and time. Guest(s) acknowledges that in case they refuse to leave the premises on the established check-out time and date, they will be prosecuted by the law under the `Ley de Hoteleros de 1995 de Puerto Rico` and further charges for trespassing private property will be applied. Guest(s) acknowledge that they will be liable for all costs including but not limited to legal procedures, administration fees, and other expenses, incurred by Capital Jetset, its representatives, buildings or communities, and property owners in case of a guest(s) required eviction.
Guest(s) shall not use, occupy, or permit the described premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied by third parties or for any unlawful, illegal, immoral, or hazardous purpose.
All guests are expected to be respectful of residents, personnel, neighbors, and all living creatures while staying at the property and building. We have zero-tolerance for disrespectful, rude, loud, or violent visitors. We have the right to cancel reservations that cause any threats, situations that disrupt the community`s well-being or involve the police. In these rare cases, guests will be escorted out of the property at the moment and no refunds will be granted.

MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF GUESTS ALLOWED-The maximum occupancy in your apartment is stated on your reservation, no additional guests may stay overnight at risk of having your reservation canceled without a refund. Do not give door access codes or keys to strangers. The person booking is responsible for any damages, keep this in mind when allowing others to stay at the property.

EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. It is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before the agreed time. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.

LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past
your check-out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Review the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.

SMOKING-This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes and hookas. Breaking this rule will result in a $300-$500 additional charge and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking. A smoke sensor installed in the unit notifies us of smoking inside the property. There are no exceptions to Cannabis even with a license. Incense and candles are also prohibited.

CLEANING-Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, cleans dishes, takes the trash out, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel; it is a vacation rental. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100. Any bodily fluid stains on linens or furniture will incur in additional charges beginning at $25 apiece.

LOST KEYS OR GARAGE CLICKERS- Cost to replace the following items: Electronic building key fobs $75 each, lost garage clicker $100 each, building/apartment keys $150 each. Please keep them safe.

PROPERTY DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS: During the reservation period, all damages to the home or negligence resulting in damage to the property or building or loss of contents will be paid by the guest no less than 24 hours after check out. Guest acknowledges and accepts that Capital Jetset has the right to charge the guest`s credit card on file for these damages.

This is a no-frills situation almost directly on the beach. What you see is literally what you get and not a square inch more. The window off the dining room table is home to pigeons and the glass is filthy. You can't really open the window facing the beach as there's no screen. The views out the window aside from the beach are to parking lots and abandoned buildings. The pool is serviceable but not at all atmospheric - there's no view and it's adjacent to the parking lot. The towels are thin and scratchy and the shower soap dispenser is unlabeled so you don't know what's shampoo or conditioner - I think it all comes from Ikea. There is an absolute minimum of kitchen tools. The listing mentions "1980s charm".. it was dingy with a strong smell of air freshener and very slow elevators. Capital Jetset was fast to respond to issues and got us more towels and an additional key fob (when pressed). The unit itself was very clean. For travelers who just want a relatively inexpensive, clean place to crash right by the beach, this is perfect. For families that want to spend time in the condo and cook meals, a landscaped pool area that's pleasant to sit in, and an overall more upscale experience, I'd look elsewhere.

Great Beach Location

The unit was as described and very clean. The building is older but the unit has been remodeled. The unit had the desired features. The beach location was very convenient and there were plenty of restaurants and markets in walking distance. The only cons were the shower. The water temperature was unstable. One minute cold and the next scalding hot.

Top notch location!

If you are looking for a modern & comfortable condo RIGHT on the beach in a perfect location close to everything you will want & need, this is the place! We loved the beautiful high end furniture, renovated fixtures & all the included amenities! The AC units worked great, but we frequently enjoyed opening the windows & feeling the ocean breezes! The beds were SUPER comfortable with crisp clean soft duvets! Messaging the management company through the VRBO app was not a good way to get a response, but calling them was perfect. They were quick to help me with whatever I needed & solve any problems! Overall a really great stay in a PRIME location on the most beautiful beach in PR!! đŸ„°đŸ„°

Perfect location for time in beach and walkable restaurants

The view out the front window was gorgeous any other sides were less than (to be kind). This beach is fabulous! Location of property is also wonderful!! We found so many restaurants and bakeries within walking distance - loved this location. It’s outside of San Juan so many folks working in and nearby property speak limited English. It was hard to have a late check in as our Spanish is limited! The couch was too dirty so we used a sheet for it’s cover the tv was so off level it was hard to watch. Overall clean enough. Uline catalogs as reading material no thanks - Puerto rico books would have been appreciated. This property also requested we restock paper products, kinda odd.

Absolutely Perfect - We'll be back!

This is very well appointed, clean, beautiful property in the perfect location for beachgoers. Everything is just a few steps away (literally!) - the beach, great restaurants, shops and both a CVS and Walgreens. The view from the living room is absolutely stunning! We checked in early morning - about 2AM. We had a few hiccups getting in with the code, but we had no problem getting someone on the phone - even at 2AM! Staff checked in on us and were responisve to all of our needs - even during the intermittent blackouts that happend on the island during our stay. We couldn't have asked for better hosts; they were very flexible and accomodating during our arrival and departure. We look forward to returing again and again. It was truly a remarkable property.

Wake up to a view

Was great to be able to relax inside yet not feel you’re missing out with the lively beach and amazing view in front of you. Host was very responsive to questions, great stay.

Nice for first-time visitors

The space was comfortable. The neighborhood is very touristic and easy to get around, also close to the airport. The security was also helpful downstairs. The only cons were that the gate to the parking did not work, and after trying to contact the owner by phone and through the app, I couldn’t get a response. Additionally some of the windows were stuck open, and there was no hot water. In my opinion, the unit was a little on the pricy side but otherwise fulfilled my needs.

Just What We Needed

The property is clean and updated. The beautiful beach is right outside the living room window. It is 5 minutes from the airport and convenient walking distance to a CVS and restaurants. The exterior and hallways are a little weathered but once in the apartment, you'll find a beautiful little getaway with everything you need for your vacation. Would totally stay here again!

Was pleasant for the most part. Check in was at 3am for us so it was smoother then I thought. Front desk people were very rude most of the time.

What a view!

Great location. We were within walking distance to several stores and restaurants. It was great to have the beach so close! And the pool was refreshing too. The beach view from the condo rental never got old. So pretty!
