The property is great for the price especially in comparison to ones 15-20 minutes down the road. The lady Anna at the front desk is super amazing! So friendly and helpful! There are several options for great authentic Puerto Rican food super close and even a shopping mall and several other food options about 15 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

We frequently attend cycling events in the area and they are super understanding of cyclists needs, while been far/close enough to most of the area races. Rooms have what you need for a pre-race rest, and with enough space for those jittery last minute bike checks.

A good business trip

I chose this hotel based on previous traveler ratings. I didn’t want to spend $250-300 per night on a business trip so I chose this place at $130 per night. It’s not too far out of town and close to Bayamón where I had business. Ana, the owner or caretaker- not sure - was super pleasant and immediately put up with my poor Spanish. She speaks no English. She showed us our rooms, delivered bottled water and just left us alone. She’s super cool. The rooms are basic- kinda like Mexico on a budget. It’s super clean, smells clean and the bed was king size and decent. No frills people. I would stay here again in a minute. My wife would not. She wasn’t traveling with me but I just know her. The neighborhood seems sketchy but was not. The neighbors are Puerto Rican, which means, they are nice and pleasant but they love their loud music. Not a problem for me. I love PR people. Bring your own shampoo, shower soap and a wash cloth or scrunchy- it’s basic here. I had hot water, in Room 13 my boss did not in Room 8- if that helps. You can find great places to eat nearby in Dorado or there is a food truck near the hotel that loves their music. I think I saw a pool online when I booked the place. Never saw a pool. Again, Ana was great!!

Avoid at all costs. Pay triple if you have to. The front desk staff was gracious and helpful when I asked for help. The air conditioning was actually cold. Those were the only positives. Our bedsheets had not been changed since the last guests. There was sand and pubic hair in our bed. There were long hairs and pubic hairs throughout the bathroom, including on the toilet seat. We moved the couch to better navigate the room and they had never swept or mopped underneath it. I wore sandals in the shower. No hand towels, no washcloths, no convenient outlets, no windows, no hairdryers. No soundproofing.

Front desk was so sweet and amazing, the room was clean and spacious… great if you want to be inside Puerto Rico for a couple days and don’t want to stay in a tourist spot hotel. Thank you so much to the staff we enjoyed our stay
