Located in a mid-century style home, the house has been fully renovated, and decorated in a modern, yet cozy style. Its great natural light and the unique decorative accents make this vacation home feel bright and charming.

Situated in the highly coveted Santa Teresita neighborhood, it is just a short five-minute walk from the beach.
The space
The bedrooms and common areas have new and efficient AC units. All bedrooms have a comfortable mattress and are dressed in soft cotton liners and a comforter.

The bathroom has sandy beachy look with carefully selected details. A set of soft cotton towels will be provided per guests as well has shampoo, conditioner and hand and body soap for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped. A Britta water jug is provided and will save you from carrying water bottles and help us protect the environment from unnecessary waste.

The outdoor area is a shared space with 2 other units that make up the complex.
It includes a BBQ, a dining table, and a lounge area where you can spend a relaxing afternoon.

There are beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler for your trip to the beach. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.


The house comes equipped with WiFi, a smart TV, hairdryer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, BarBQ, and other amenities for your convenience. There are also some dominos and board games for your enjoyment as well.
Other things to note
As Puerto Rico’s electrical system can be irregular, the complex also has an emergency generator that can run all basic amenities including the fans, refrigerator and the kitchen, and also has a water cistern.

The house includes 2 additional yet separate units, so you may have neighbors in the complex during your stay. It is important to be mindful of each other’s needs and ready to share the outer amenities like the BBQ and the lounge area. This also provides a great opportunity to meet other travelers and share experiences of your visit to the island.
