Please keep in mind house kipping team’s time, since in many cases they have 4:00pm check-in same day. Turn OFF A/Cs. Please close doors & windows. Leave the keys on top of kitchen counter

The place was great for large groups, with a large number of rooms. Everything seemed as described, nothing fancy and everything in working order. Even had a nice roof deck. We were spending most of the time out and about, so it was a great place to come back to at night and rest. Most importantly, AC was cold and the neighborhood seemed safe. Guards were helpful.
