We are centralized, close to beaches, hotels, entertainment and airport.
We have security cameras in front of the house side of the house and backyard.

No Parties

Great spot if you need somewhere close to the airport. Very clean. Near a lot of restaurants. Host was very communicative and check-in instructions were very clear. Perfect size for one or two people. I do wish there was even just a plastic chair outside for sitting, as it is nice to have that option when in a warm weather climate. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Great location—only 10 minutes from the airport, which made traveling very convenient. The studio was clean, quiet, and very cozy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Wonderful and very happy with the location and room and host, Iris. Would have given 5 stars if the room had coffee however we enjoyed the bakeries and cafes we went to that morning and came back to the room before checkout. Would stay again. Even if you are staying outside of San Juan, this is a great first night in PR place right around the corner from the airport. Thank you Iris!

Property has visible mold on the ceiling and wall above the wall mini split and the condensation pump under the mini split does not work resulting in the AC to fill up the holding tank and create an electrical hazard with smoke. There are three towels behind the couch on the floor to catch the condensation from the wall unit since the pump isn't working. Owner has paper towel stuff behind the condensation pump and behind the unit, mold visible as well. Check other earlier reviews noting the mold in the unit. Owner reported to VRBO and proper Puerto Rico authorities. Room charge disputed for a full refund. Do not stay here for your own well being. Photos available upon request.

Condensation pump with visible wet paper towel behind the unit and mold.
Towels rolled up behind the couch. Clearly the owner knows of this situation despite her claims she didn't.

We were grateful for a place to rest fot the night after a late flight and late check-in! The accommodations were warm and inviting, however, there were used items from previous guests in the refrigerator (olives, butter, hot sauce, sugar, coffee filters) that left the possibility of contamination. The bed sheets in the bag on the shelf were sandy. The bathroom rug looked like it wasn't changed and there were long strands of black hair on the shower walls and sketchy stains on the side of the mattress topper behind the futon. I was charged extra $16 after early 10:30am check-out. Why?

Property itself was clean and convenient. Neighborhood was combination of more taken care of properties and some lots that seemed in need of care. Great to have off street parking. Beds clean but sagged in middle a bit. Perfect for what we needed- a quick one night stay.
