They can try to get rid of the RATS that hang out at the pool area , everything else was ok until my husband who is afraid of rats showed me the rats running back and forth from one side of the pool deck to the other side and that’s when all our fun ends, my husband didn’t want to be outside side on the resort anymore , I was very sad and upsetting for both of us. I really like it there but I wouldn’t go back there because of the rats and it cost us almost $1900 and we didn’t enjoy the resort 😢😢

Staff was fantastic and the room and amenities were great. This location is close to many eateries and popular locations. The free popcorn at the pool was delicious and a nice touch. The coffee in the lobby was good.The only thing that wasn't good was the Marijuana smell that seeped into my room and gave me a headache. The room had no, no smoking signs.

The room was clean they mop daily and clean it daily. The staff are excellent everyone of them always smiling willing to help it’s like they read your mind what you need we loved our stay. The food was good drink delecious. The only thing was the way the sun comes up it’s like playing musical chair but it’s not anyone’s fault it’s the way it was situated nevertheless you ask the staff and they will prepare a super nice sunny spot all day at the beach. We wanted our beach chair swapped for different ones we asked and forgot. We went for a swim came back to brand new comfortable chairs they also laid out the towels the way we normally do places our stuff the way they were. We loves that little gesture it made our day. Staff are amazing all of them. Great job hiring and training amazing people and talent.

Security was rude when receiving guest hanging out in lobby. Rooms are blah and not updated for price. Sonesta definitely better.

The location is great, the staff is great, but the main issue we had an the reason for our low rating is that the moment we walked into our room it smelled like mold and mildew. The smell was unbearable and my 3 year old has asthma, which I was worried about. I called the front desk as soon as I noticed this and they said they would send the housekeeper supervisor up to speak to me. She was very sweet. I asked if they could just switch out rooms since I was worried about my 3 year olds asthma being triggered by this and let alone the smell was unbearable. She said they were at full capacity, but could offer to bring in a dehumidifier to see if that would help and she would check in with me. They brought the machine up ASAP. Yes, the machine helped, but it was only while the machine was running and as soon as it was off, we could smell it again, so obviously this was only a bandaid fix to the real issue. They ended up leaving the machine for about 3 nights and we left it on. I figured we weren't going to stay in the room for most of our stay, but still was inconvenient. They ended up taking the machine out for our last 2 nights and the smell again was not great! I just didn't want to spend my trip arguing!! The staff was really sweet, but I also noticed these dehumidifiers in the lobby area one day and you can also smell the musty smell once you get off the elevator on floor 10, so they definitely have a mold/mildew problem that should be addressed ASAP!!!

The staff at the hotel was the best and they all made sure to make sure all of my concerns were taking care of and to make sure I had a great time. The staff and managers are truly on top of the service industry.
