I was told by the front desk to park in front of the hotel since their was limited parking on the day of check out I wake up and have a police ticket on my rental of $50 I went inside asked the staff to make this right and they refuse to pay for the ticket even after I asked the front desk they told me to deal with it very unfair and unprofessional do not book this place unless your prepared to get $50 ticker from the police each day or have $200 to park at multiple garages at least a mile from the hotel.

Room on ground floor had NO window, the room door could not be opened or locked with the electronic nor the manual key. We had to leave the door unlocked day and night. We were told by the reception that its safe to do so. There were roaches in the washroom and the ceiling had holes. The blanket and floors were dirty. Only one towel was provided for 2 guests, with no toilet paper. We cancelled the 2nd booking for the 31st of August and booked another room

Hotel staff was excellent. Unfortunately, the facilities are dirty and deteriorating. Our room didn’t have any outlets in the bathroom. The room was not cleaned properly, found lids of fast food drinks in the corner of the bedroom. No hairdryer. No available mirrors to get ready, had to kneel on the bed to use the mirror over the headboard.

It's gtreat that is in a great location, but it looks and smells dirty and old. Not even a full roll of tissue. Floor was dirty only to cheap pillows and bot even extras on hand. It could be good. Need renovations and room updates bad! Furniture from the 80's

Two ladies in our 40s stayed Memorial Day weekend this year, very disappointing. Rooms are very outdated and moldy smelling. Bathroom had mold in ceiling that had to make a special request to come clean. Beds thin and uncomfortable. Despite what it said on expedia listing, not all rooms have fridges- we only got one as it was taken from another room. Pictures on Expedia listing are greatly photo shopped. Location is not great, and its very noisy. Yes its right by the beach but not the nicest part of Condado Beach, and view is partial. On weekends traffic is horrible. There is no parking provided, street parking very limited and we had to pay $40+ a day for a lot 3 blocks away. There is major construction for a new high rise 1 block over. We were hopeful it would stop over weekend/holiday- but nope, 730am every day it started. If you're college aged just looking for a place to crash, this hotel works. Do not recommend for anyone else!

I felt like I was catfished. The Amount I paid for 1 night and the property did not match the pictures. It was disgusting. Stained linens, roach in the bathroom, filthy dirty curtains, bags of trash pilled up in front of the hotel steps, old and scratched up furniture. The elevator is old, dirty, and not leveled. Scary, dirty and you can hear every person on the street.

Staff was unprofessional bickering all the time and if you’re on the first floor you will hear everything they say and argue about.the room was decently cleaned and had great working a/c which was the best part. The access to the beach was also a plus.

Eso no es un hotel, es una ratonera la cual no limpian las camas solo las tienden y dejan las sábanas que ya utilizo otra persona me cambiaron tres veces de habitación y todas estabas sucias llenas de pelos y animales caminando por la cómo obvio no me quedé ni una noche en esa posilga y al mismo tiempo habían dos personas distintas en la misma situación y aparte te bloquean 200$ de seguridad y en la habitaciones no hay absolutamente nada solo mooo insectos y suciedad That is not a hotel, it is a rat trap where they do not clean the beds, they only make them and leave the sheets that another person already used. They changed my room three times and all of them were dirty, full of hair and animals walking around. Obviously, I did not stay even one night in that place and at the same time there were two different people in the same situation. On top of that, they block $200 in security and in the rooms there is absolutely nothing, just grime, insects and dirt.

Entire staff were very rude and unprofessional. Did not try to resolve any of our issues. We even got a parking ticket in front of the hotel. If this was the last place to stay in San Juan I would choose the beach instead. Please don’t waste your money at this establishment. Il never go back.
