We had to switch hotels due to A/C leaking, the door keypad wasn’t working and the luggage got inside. Waited hours to get the luggage out because the hotel didn’t have someone to open the door.

Oh my! First off, the service was friendly and efficient. Thank you! However, the place needs work. Room 300 only no hot shower. Left it run for 15 min. COLD SHOWER! The air conditioner was not putting out super cold for setting on 62. Wouldn’t go lower. Only bath towels and a bath mat available. Said they were on order. Beds not really comfortable. Room 300 does have a separate room with a twin bed which was nice. One minute to the beach which was great. Two chairs umbrella $30. Parking is a pain on street. We watched from the beach and moved our car to the white line. $17 per 8 hours at garage!

The receptionist was amazing (Christine or something like that). The room was basic, but adequate. No phone in room. NO HOT WATER. The toilet had to be manually shut off after each flush to stop it from continually running water. No electrical outlet in the bathroom. Noise echoes throughout the hallways and is amplified acoustics and very early in the morning (before 8 am) there was someone doing work and it sounded like someone was literally banging on the wall right outside my bed. It was adequate lodging for my quick 2 day trip, but I wouldn't want to stay there on a nice vacation. I consider it a budget hotel for 1 or 2 night stays. It's right next to the beach so that would be a big plus for that purpose. There is no place to park so it would be nice if they had some kind of provision for that with one of the nearby parking vendors or garages.

Denisse and Debora at the front desk were great! The room was clean and comfortable. Location is the best! Right next to the Condado beach. Not suggested for families for kids because there were many people smoking pot at the beach. The Marriot hotel next door has live music! Great restaurants at walking distance. The hotel needs to have its name more visible from the street. My room was close to the lobby and you could hear the noise from the lobby. All things considered, I would stay again, great value for the money!

The property itself is very run down, the walls are peeling, floors are dirty, my room door had a hole and elevator was falling apart. The location is excellent! The beach was right there as soon as hou step out. The people in the hotel get a 100 out of 10, the most welcoming staff, so kind and helpful.

Great location, right next to the beach, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The hotel itself could use an urgent upgrade, especially the rooms. I stayed one night and it was fine since I mainly needed a place to sleep. Parking can be challenging in the area, but overall there are plenty of things to do around the hotel, and I had a good time

I was told by the front desk to park in front of the hotel since their was limited parking on the day of check out I wake up and have a police ticket on my rental of $50 I went inside asked the staff to make this right and they refuse to pay for the ticket even after I asked the front desk they told me to deal with it very unfair and unprofessional do not book this place unless your prepared to get $50 ticker from the police each day or have $200 to park at multiple garages at least a mile from the hotel.

Room on ground floor had NO window, the room door could not be opened or locked with the electronic nor the manual key. We had to leave the door unlocked day and night. We were told by the reception that its safe to do so. There were roaches in the washroom and the ceiling had holes. The blanket and floors were dirty. Only one towel was provided for 2 guests, with no toilet paper. We cancelled the 2nd booking for the 31st of August and booked another room

Hotel staff was excellent. Unfortunately, the facilities are dirty and deteriorating. Our room didn’t have any outlets in the bathroom. The room was not cleaned properly, found lids of fast food drinks in the corner of the bedroom. No hairdryer. No available mirrors to get ready, had to kneel on the bed to use the mirror over the headboard.

It's gtreat that is in a great location, but it looks and smells dirty and old. Not even a full roll of tissue. Floor was dirty only to cheap pillows and bot even extras on hand. It could be good. Need renovations and room updates bad! Furniture from the 80's
