Just steps to Seven Seas Beach, the villa is nestled between two seaside national parks and a short distance from the bioluminescent bay kayak village and Icacos Quay water taxi pier. A short drive will take you to El Yunque national rain forest the center of adventure activities such as hiking, horseback riding, zip-lining and more. Several nearby golf courses provide plenty of options for those wishing to spend time on the links.

There are several reefs off the beach, so bring your snorkel gear. The entire beach is protected by an outer barrier reef and so it is safe for swimming with life guards on duty. The complex pool is clean, inviting and relaxing. Children love that pool! All beach equipment is provided (sand chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, cooler).

Great location and great stay. I our water heater had a power surge and owners were awesome to communicate with and were over within an hour to fix it! We had a great time and if we are ever back in the area would stay again!

Everything was great. We had a great time, the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. We loved the rooftop, you could sit and relax or use the Bbq. There was plenty of places to eat close by. There was plenty of things to do and see in the area. We will Come again.

This was a great place to stay. We were right across the street from the beach, and many restaurants were walkable. Our unit was very clean and hosts were extremely responsive. We always felt safe. If we come back to Fajardo, we’ll definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Fajardo. The views were absolutely stunning, exactly the kind of scenery you hope for when you come to Puerto Rico, and being so close to the beach made it effortless to start each day with our toes in the sand. The location couldn't have been better. We loved being able to walk to such a beautiful stretch of coastline. Michael and Ivelesse were wonderful hosts, and the villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area. We'd happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the east coast of the island. Thank you for a memorable trip!

This is our third time at this property, this time returning with our two kids, sister-in-law and daughter. The owners have consistently shown both attention to detail and continued care for the property and guest experience. The spaces are all well appointed with amenities that add to the stay and don't crowd the space. Each room is comfortable, overall offering a balance of spaces to be together or to take a break from each other. The kitchen is perfect to work in if you're making your own means, while the rooftop patio has astounding views and comfortable furniture. You're a short walk from Seven Seas beach, while also having ready access to some of the best attractions and restaurants on the east side of the island. The property and it's owners have helped cement Puerto Rico as a continued family tradition and we can't wait to go back.

I booked the Seven Seas Penthouse for a recent family trip that included my husband and I, our 11 year old son and two older parents. Everyone was very pleased with the home - it's truly one of the best vacation rentals we've visited across several states and countries over the years. The property was in a great location across the street from Seven Seas beach, walkable to Secret Beach, and a short walk or drive to nearby restaurants. It's a great access point for tours of Laguna Grande and nearby islands, and an easy drive to Luqillo beach and El Yunque. The home is well appointed, quiet and extremely comfortable. Michael and Ivelisse thought of every detail and we truly appreciated have access to their beach towels, chairs, wagon and accessories during our stay. This place and the host were beyond what we were expecting. Before we even checked in the host helped with a few things that took that stress off of us. I can not thank them enough. They made sure throughout the stay that we were taken care of and didnt need anything. The house was beautiful, amazing views, walking distant beaches, activities and restaurants. We traveled with friends and this place was more than enough space. Close to the rainforest and not far from Old San Juan where we ate one night. I cant wait to come back to visit.

This was our second time staying in this beautiful apartment and somehow it was even better the second time around. Michael and Ivelisse are truly wonderful hosts — friendly, helpful, responsive, and incredibly communicative throughout our stay.The property itself lacks nothing. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from beach chairs and beach towels to all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The space is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the penthouse terrace is one of our favorite parts — perfect for relaxing at sunrise or unwinding at night.The location is also fantastic. Beautiful Seven Seas Beach is just steps away, and you’re close to great restaurants, the Bio Bay, and Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve with its stunning trails and views.We absolutely love this place and look forward to coming back again. We had a very enjoyable stay at the villa which is right across from Seven Seas Beach. The villa was extremely clean. The rooms spacious, the beds comfortable. The hosts responded quickly whenever we had a question. The parking is directly in front of the villa. The air conditioning worked great ,although we hardly needed it with the beautiful sea breezes. It was great having everything we needed for the beach, (chairs,umbrella,cooler, beach toys). We enjoyed the rooftop terrace which has a kitchen, plenty of seating and beautiful breezes. The little extras like the coffee, sunblock and bug spray were very much appreciated. Great stay!

Just returned yesterday, what a beautiful unit and a wonderful area. The beach across the street is truly beautiful and calm for the most part, we hit some bad weather, but on the nice days it was just gorgeous and calm. Loved that there were restaurants within walking distance and loved all the little perks of the unit - coffee: sugar: paper towels, etc, I have been to many rentals that none of that is provided, sometimes it’s the little things that make a difference. The owners are extremely nice and very communicative. I hope to go back again next year. Thank you

GREAT experience!

Our friend group of 6 stayed for 5 nights. Everything was great and stocked with any and everything you could think of. The hosts were great and responsive. If/when we decide to come back to Puerto Rico, we will definitely be staying here!

This was a really great spot! Right on the corner where the beach meets the edge of town. An easy walk around the bay to a bunch of great brunch places with a couple of good spots for dinner right next door. Ivelisse and Michael were very nice and very communicative. The place itself felt very comfortable and we LOVED the rooftop hang out. We spent a lot of time up there. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time in PR.
