Great location in a very nice neighborhood. The space was very clean, organized and well decorated. The host provided clear and timely information. Would definitely recommend and hope to return the next time we visit Saratoga.

I feel the property needs some TLC. The back porch area needs painting. The apartment was fine, older home and furnishings. The biggest disappointment was the backyard. The outdoor furniture was filthy. I needed to clean the cushions and furniture before it could be used and the patio was unkept. It needed attention.

Lovely Place!

Anything that went "wrong" is to be expected of an old house: thin walls and windows, creaky floors, doorknobs you kinda have to fiddle with. My group loved it. It was such a cozy stay in the type of house that is so unique to the Northeast. The location is perfect, it is within walking distance of downtown.

Saratoga Charm!

This home was exactly what we wanted for our two night Saratoga getaway. The location was perfect— close to the track and downtown. The home is spotless and welcoming with a beautiful front porch—perfect for early morning handicapping. The kitchen offered everything you need. The beds were extra comfortable! A local deli across the street was perfect for sandwiches to go. I walked the entire neighborhood and found it very safe and friendly. I have been traveling to Saratoga for over 40 years and found this home to offer what the over priced large hotels do not—true Saratoga charm!! We will be back for sure!

Good location, but needs a little TLC

The beds and living room were comfy, the renovation was stylish. But little details could have been taken care of: wall and bathroom fixtures loose, a nail in a bannister, no visible way to operate the shower
 attention to these details is important and could have been fixed quickly by the property manager.

Charming Saratoga House

Fantastic property and great location! Loved the decor of the house and backyard, very inviting. The host pays attention to the tiny details, and the property is very well stocked. Also super comfortable beds, would definitely recommend!
