Come in and enjoy your stay! Huge backyard to throw the ball and have a cookout. Even better, enjoy the Division Street Park directly across the street with tennis courts, baseball field, basketball courts and a playground for kids of all ages! We welcome families all sizes with plenty of room to bring blowup mattresses and sleep even more if necessary! However, this is Not a party house! Perfect location for nightlife and racing fans

The title says it all. We are a group of 6 to 8 guys that make a trip each year for a weekend of racing. The location of the house makes it so easy and a short walk drops you right into the area of Broadway where we wanted to be both nights. We will definitely return.

The house was just right for a visit to Saratoga for 5 adults. Very clean, very comfortable with the open floor plan (LR/DR/Kitchen). Chris was extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Opening weekend at Saratoga. Two couples. Good location across from park and 15 min walk to downtown. Chris was awesome getting us in a little early ,so we could go to Saratoga the first day. I would stay there again!

Comfortable home within walking distance of downtown.

The house was very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and furniture. Use of the grill came in handy for dinner. And the location is about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. 10/10 would book again.

Cute home walking distance to downtown!

I had a wonderful trip here with my girlfriends! The house is adorable and the living areas and bedrooms are large and perfect for a group of people. We enjoyed how close the house was to dowtown whether we walked or grabbed a quick Uber. The backyard was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the track. The house was not as clean as we would have liked. It seemed as if the cleaning prior to us arriving was rushed. Counters were clean but floors had crumbs and dead flies. Inside the stove and fridge were dirty. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty with old food stuck on them. Overall had a good experience as most of our time was spent in town!

Cute house that was close to everything!

We had a great time in Saratoga. The house was walking distance to the downtown area restaurants, shops and bars. The house is also close to the Saratoga race track and the Saratoga Winery. The owners were very responsive and helpful!

Great house, walking distance to downtown

This house was perfect- brand new construction and when you're not downtown or at the races, the backyard is a perfect getaway. Fire pit and covered table! Walking distance to downtown. Three bedrooms, one with king, one with queen and one with two twins. Owners very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Had a Wonderful Stay

The owners are very nice and easy to work with. The park across the street is perfect for families with young children and has three tennis courts. The home is also a convenient 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants on Broadway and Caroline St for the older "children". The train station is close by as well if you're coming up from NYC. Home is recently built so it is in good condition.
