The Space:

This luxurious condo offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms within an open, spacious floor plan. The chef’s kitchen, equipped with all the necessary tools for preparing meals, features a large island with seating for two. Adjacent to the kitchen, an 6-seat dining table is perfect for meals with family and friends.



The living area opens up through large sliding glass doors to a vast terrace, where you can unwind and savor the tropical Costa Rican breezes. Relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture or dine al fresco at the six-seat dining table.



The expansive indoor living area features a large couch, two large chairs and a smart TV, perfect for enjoying a movie night after a day at the beach.



The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an impressive en-suite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub for indulgent, relaxing soaks. The second bedroom features two queen-sized beds and its own en-suite bathroom. The additional two bedrooms both have 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds. All bedrooms offer ample closet and storage space for your convenience.



Luxury Linens and bedding, towels, soaps, and air conditioning are provided, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

The Azul Paraíso development has a beautiful and unique pool for each separate building within the complex. As a result, your pool is shared only with five other units to allow for maximum privacy.



Ocotal Beach is only a five-minute drive away, and is where the popular Father Rooster’s restaurant, 10-minute drive to Playas del Coco, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.



Getting Around:

The condo is located 30 minutes from Liberia International Airport.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that there is ongoing construction in front of and around the property. At times, a crane or scaffolding may be visible near or in front of the condo. We believe in being fully transparent with our guests, so the pricing has been adjusted to reflect this potential inconvenience. Thank you for considering staying with us!



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
