The reception was polite and friendly - a warm welcome after an 8 hour drive was refreshing to say the least. He was detailed in his explanations, but not overly so. It was obvioust that he took great pride in doing his job well and also in the hotel. The room was CLEAN and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. Great job!

Quiet, clean, and courteous stay!

Great stay! Much needed quiet and exceptional service when I needed help or had questions. Strange there was no eggs/bacon/sausage included at breakfast though, but if waffles are your thing - go crazy!

Only one front desk person working, took 30 mins to check in. Breakfast was essentially done by 7:50 with not much left to choose from. Asked staff for more yogurt and eggs and they said they were out for the day.

Parking is scary around the back near the alley. The person who checked us in was a total "Richard" Couldn't find my reservation, didn't want to explain things, except you're early for 4pm check in, your room is ready but its $30 extra if you want to access it now. He was very curt and very brash. Not the way to start your stay.

Everything went well other than noisy people above us. Our last day we were locked out and I lost my purse being so upset. Nice enough it was found and returned promptly. Great location and watching cruise night was wonderful, The underground parking was good even with it open we had no problem.

Unhappy customer

We paid for our room when we booked the room so it was all paid for but when we arrived they would only accept a credit card for incidentals, why can’t customers use a visa debit ? If you take our payment from a visa debit on line you should accept the same card at the hotel,We we’re told that our reservation would be canceled if we didn’t have a credit card and we traveled a very far distance.This is very upsetting ,so needless to say our stay was not great.We had to ask a friend to use his card which was embarrassing, change your policies regarding payment, not everyone has a credit card or at least accept a deposit to cover incidentals.
