The worst bed I have ever slept in, coffee machine didn’t even work ! Couldn’t find anyone for extra coffee, stairs never even vacuumed my entire time there.

We booked 3 rooms and all the rooms were absolutely filthy. We had to ask for the sheets to be cleaned in 2 of the rooms and the third we didnt use as it was too dirty. There was what looked to be poop in one room and the second had what we thought was blood on the wall. When we asked for the 2 rooms we did keep to be cleaned we were told that house keeping had left and the front desk person had to clean it. The sheets they used to replace the original were no better. This hotel should not be endorsed by expedia.

I checked in at 2 pm and found dirty sheets on the bed, i informed the front desk and asked for the bed to be remade. When i came back at 1130 pm the bed still had dirty sheets on the box spring which was covering stains on there as well, one lamp was missing a light bulb and had no switch to turn it on. There were marks and stains all over the walls and ceiling in the bathroom and the room had not been vacuumed in a very long time as there was dust and dirt behind the bathroom door and the main entry door...very poor room for the amount required to stay there. I took photos of everything and checked out before midnight, I went and stayed with a friend instead.

This property is in terrible condition, culter all around the parking and filled with used condom and broken liquor bottle.Room 202 was dirty, linen was not clean, smelly and had spots.Room fridge was dirty.Over all very poor condition of room.

This property is not in a safe area. It should not be listed on Expedia. We were not comfortable so checked out after one night of a three night stay. They would not give a refund even though we checked out by 8:00 am. This property should not be listed on Expedia as a viable hotel stay. The switches on the lamps did not work. To turn the lamps on and off you had to screw the light bulb in and out. We think we heard gunshots during the night. We are very disappointed in the hotel and the lack of a refund.

Hotel is run down and needs an update, room and bathroom were dirty, the door had gum stuck to it over the peephole, staff on site is not attentive, had to wait several minutes including calling out at the front desk to get someone's attention for checkin. Normally I enjoy Super 8's but this one is not up to par, won't be back to this location.

As soon as walked in the front desk person was rude. Charged us an extra $100 because they knew there were no other options with a busy weekend. Towels were dirty. Sheets were stained. Blood stains on curtains. Food wrappers behind knight stand. Crumbs behind bed. I’ve never left a review before. Have stayed in so many hotels. This is the worst.

Once we seen the room and the cot our daughter was suppose to sleep on. The sheets in it looked like someone just had sex on them and wasn’t cleaned or washed yet. Carpet wasn’t vacuum. We got ready in the room Went the wedding then we packed up at 11 and left the hotel. Was scared to sleep there. Scary people lingering around the front of the hotel We drive 4 hrs back home. Our key never worked so the desk person had to let us in our room. Do NOT ever stay here. I’m going to try to get our money back.
