Would give 0 stars if I could. Room was on 3rd floor and as soon as we got off the elevator the entire walk down the long hallway smelt like cigarette smoke, we wanted to see how the room smelt before throwing in the towel completely. And it was dirty, there was spill stains on the tv, the carpet was dirty the towels looked like they had been used, there was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door that had a long piece of hair on it. The shower had rust stains and spots in it and the room overall just had a strange smell. My husband went downstairs to see if we could change rooms and they have us on a few doors day and it wasn’t any better. This place seems more like a trap house run down motel than a hotel. I was glad the front desk receptionist didn’t give us a hard time about getting a full refund and leaving. Luckily we were able to get in quickly with another hotel and had a much better experience even though we had to pay a little bit more, after this experience we didn’t care.

When we arrived we were welcomed to a stained couch in the lobby. The WI-FI would not connect to enter the password. The room had rust on the fixtures and all the. Wallpaper was bubbling off the walls. We had no hand soap in the bathroom and no wash clothes. The breakfast was very basic. Wouldn’t stay again.

Was hardly any breakfast left out and when the person brought out the potatoes they were frozen and I hurt possibly chipped my tooth. Very disappointed in the breakfast. The 3 floor hot water took 5 minutes to get there. And the shower water pressure was null and void. Will not stay at that hotel again. I will say the staff was ok.

This was a very comfortable property with nice rooms, friendly personnel, affordable pricing, free parking, and the neighborhood felt very safe with a lot of nice restaurants close by. Very convenient to all areas of Savannah. I wish I had found this one sooner. You won’t be disappointed.

Very nice staff. Room was clean, however floors needed vacuuming, overall pretty clean though. Breakfast was small, needed more cereal choices, milk, fruits. Hot food was tasty.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet yet close to shops and restaurants.
