The woman at the front desk was wonderful but room was terrible. I immediately came back to front desk and told her i couldn't stay in room given. It was that bad..... walks had black hanprints on it, full length mirror had nastiness on it, and the floor(carpet) was sticky. She resolved it quickly for me but I won't be back as this was the second disappointing stay. Rooms need repainted, bathrooms re- done, and deep cleaning!

We had no issues. It was a nice sized suite. clean, and quiet. The staff was nice. The continental breakfast had a good variety, and the price was right.

We stayed 1 night while traveling to our destination in Tennessee. Eating dinner on the couch was interrupted by a cockroach. We brushed that off as a one of (being from SW Florida, lol) The 2:30 a.m. wake up from what seemed like D.V. from the room next door was reported the next morning since there is no phones in hotel rooms anymore. Management was open to checking this out. Staff was friendly. Savannah was lovely.

The staff was so friendly. The building however was gross. Handprints on the mirror, bobbypins on the floor, the walls need repainted because they have black scuffs or dirt all over them. The only reason I could stay is the sheets smelled like bleach so i felt safe getting in then.

As soon as we walked into the property, it looked and smelled fresh and clean! The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room smelled fresh, very neat and tidy. The sheets were spotless. Breakfast was very convenient and adequate for our needs. I will stay at this property again and will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Don't waste your time and money. Very poor condition. Out door lock didn't work, switched rooms and that one didn't work well either. While building is in shambles. Decor is nice and staff is friendly but that's it. Spend more money and go somewhere else.

Rooms were dirty and smelled of mildew. The indoor pool was murky and stunk horribly. Breakfast was good, but make sure you get there early. Food was gone by 9 am and they do not restock food or coffee. No customer service available to even ask for over 20 minutes. Even to ask for more towels, they were unfriendly about it ( only 2 towels for a room that sleeps 6) . Room service did not clean the room for our 2nd night, although the door stayed open for 3 hours while personals were in the room while they were “cleaning “ . My standards aren’t that high, and it was just as we were passing through, but this was disappointing and and an uncomfortable stay.
