It was a nice place to stay in. The floors in the room had soft spots in it tho. The bed was really noisy and the area it was in was not well kept or maintained.

Desk light didn’t work, coffee maker didn’t work, plug on desk? Hair drier didn’t work, shower head acted like it was plugged. The ice maker on the 3rd floor didn’t work. Noise all night!

It was a very noisy stay. The people above me were very noisy, I'm assuming due to kids, there was very loud bass blasting outside at 3:15 a.m., the noisy kids upstairs again at 6:15 a.m., my toilet kept running and the hard floors of my room were absolutely nasty. My son's feet were almost black. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable. Thankful for my noise machine!

Overall it was good. Breakfast wasn’t that great. But things were clean and staff was very nice.

We stayed in this hotel due to a last minute trip to attend a funeral. I didn’t ave much choice, sadly. 1. The entire hotel smells like marijuana. The lobby, elevator, hallways - the entire three days you could smell pot and it was AWFUL. 2. The room was horribly hot and stuffy. We would leave for the day and come back to the room being 77 degrees, even through I had the AC set for 69 degrees. 3. The beds and pillows are HORRIBLE. Bring your own pillow if you stay here or risk a bad neck. 4. Burned out light bulbs, and bulbs that flickered and went out during the stay. 5. Broken bathroom door knob. 6. Leaking toilet. Due to the situation that brought us to Savannah, we didn’t have a choice but to stay and endure it but NEVER AGAIN will I stay at a Country Inn and Suites. I’ll sleep in my car first.

Facility was perfectly adequate or an overnight stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and bedding is soft and feels brand new. Towels are fluffy and soft. All the key ingredients for a good room. Breakfast options are plentiful and staff is very friendly and helpful. Only drawback I sensed is that the hallways seemed neglected - in need of cleaning and updating. Otherwise, good place to stay.

The floors in this hotel were dirty (in the lobby, in the elevator, and in our room). The bathroom needed some work and updating. The bed was very comfortable. I rate this inn as average as it could use some updating in places.

This property shows the wear and is not being cleaned well. The property owner does not care about this property, from old water stains on the window blinds to the rust and build up around the shower drains and bathroom drain. A handicap room should have a better stable floor in the shower.
