On the first floor is a fully updated kitchen with oven, massive fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area has a table with 8 chairs, so everyone can enjoy a meal together! The big comfy couch allows for all the naps you could dream of. Off the kitchen through lovely sliding doors is the back porch where you can grill, get some sun, or relax and eat under the shade. There is also a powder room on the first floor, making it easy to pop in from the beach to quick freshen up! Additionally, store all your beach gear in the attached double car garage.
