The first night I was there it was hard for my son to fall asleep as there was a strong smell of cigarette coming into our room near the bed closes to the window. The second room we were moved to was okay, but the outside the window were scaffolding which for my son wasn’t present. However overall we had a good stay and would return and recommend it.

Awful, we were traveling with 3 children, 11 pm at night the room next door was so loud, we called the front desk nothing was done. The bathtub drain was broken. Would not stay again, will be calling best western customer service !

The staff was rude and not helpful at all! They removed my stuff from the room before check out time bc they assumed that I was checked out. And they didn’t hall with the heat problem in the room. It was freezing and my daughter was sick.
