Comporta Amazing Villa a walking distance from the beach with pool and garden

A very spacious house full of light and with an huge private garden, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen completely equipped, dining room and an open living room to an outdoors deck, with cable TV and free wifi.
There is also a big attic with a great snooker table.
Indoors spaces well decorated and fully prepared and equipped for a great stay and very large outdoors spaces, with different eating and leisure areas.
The house has around 200m2 of covered area and is situated on a private and fenced property of 700m2.

The garden area is very spacious and in addittion to the deck next to the living room there are 2 fantastic decks: one with a huge dining table (close to the barbecue and also provided support to the pool ) and another one with a very cool lounge zone and very quiet.
The garden also has a raised pool (what is particularly safe for children), with an outdoor shower.
The house has 4 bikes you can use for free during your stay and free private parking
Pets are welcome upon previous request and authorization

Wonderful house and location

We had a really wonderful stay. The house and outdoor areas are fantastic. Carla was very responsive to questions. The beach at Carvalhal is a short walk away and is absolutely gorgeous. It's perfect for kids at low tide and ideal for beginner surfers. We are definitely going to return in the near future.

Great spot

Wonderful spacious home that was well equipped. Great yard for children. Location was superb. A few restaurants right nextdoor and sublime beach club around the corner at the beach. Carla was a responsive and attentive host.

Perfectly located and lovely garden

The location and the outdoors space were the two main criteria’s for me so this house ticked the boxes. It’s less than 10 min walk from the beautiful beach Praia do Carvalhal. 5 min drive from Carvalhal village where you will find all local shops and friendly coffee shops. The house is comfortable and well equipped. Carla, the owner, has been really accommodating with all our requests. She was very welcoming and gave us endless tips about places to visit, restaurants to try in the area. We even had a welcome basket full of treats for our recent wedding!

Perfect, charming house for family holiday

We had a great time staying at this house. It is charming and in a great location in Comporta. The house has everything that you need including bikes to cycle to the beaches. Our children loved playing in the pool too. Carla is a really wonderful host and extremely helpful with any questions or anything you need while you’re staying there. The perfect house for a family holiday!

Una casa maravillosa

La casa de Carla es perfecta para dos familias con niños ya que dispone de dos habitaciones de matrimonio muy amplias, con baño incluido, y dos habitaciones más pequeñas, perfectas para niños, con un tercer baño compartido. Tiene distintas estancias, todas ellas muy acogedoras. Y dispone de todo lo necesario, hasta el último detalle. Carla nos lo ha puesto todo fácil, y la casa tiene una ubicación excelente, puedes ir andando a la playa y a varios restaurantes. Sin duda volveremos por allí!!!

Las vacaciones han estado muy bien. La casa tiene muchos rincones acogedores y está muy bien ubicada. Carla, la propietaria encantadora y ha estado atenta a nosotros. Gracias Carla!! A la casa le falta una reforma, los baños son antiguos y algún día hemos tenido falta de presión de agua.

Casa e localização EXCELENTE !!!

A proximidade da praia e de ótimos restaurantes permite deixar o carro em casa e fazer todas as deslocações a pé. Para além da praia está-se muito próximo de excelentes restaurantes (Sublime Beach, Diniz, Mar, Granhão, Marisqueira Tobias ). A casa é fabulosa, muito bem decorada e tem imensos espaços exteriores (1 lounge enorme com mesas de refeições, 1 lounge coberto e ótimo para o fim da tarde e 1 lounge junto à sala de estar). Gostei, também, da sala do piso superior com a mesa de bilhar. Uma casa e um acolhimento EXCELENTE !!!

Get away perfeito!

Uma casa encantadora, muito perto da Praia do Carvalhal. Perfeito para um fim de semana ou férias em familia. Decoração de muito bom gosto, óptima disposição dos quartos e muitos espaços comuns para convívios e refeições. A somar a tudo isto, os hosts são muito simpáticos e preocupados com o conforto e bem estar dos hóspedes. A repetir sem dúvida!!

Verdadeiramente amazing!

Amazing é mesmo a palavra certa para esta casa. É tudo fantástico, a começar pela host Carla, que me acolheu com enorme simpatia e deu todas as dicas de restaurantes e coisas para fazer na zona! A decoração é lindíssima; muito sóbria, em tons de branco e azul e com peças verdadeiramente surpreendentes. Foi óptimo desfrutar, não só do interior (com mesa de bilhar e tudo!) como também dos espaços exteriores, fantásticos para apanhar sol e ler um bocado. A limpeza irrepreensível! E a cereja em cima do bolo é a localização: 5 m a pé da praia (maravilhosa) e de restaurantes óptimos; pode-se largar o carro e nunca mais pensar nele até ser hora de partir. Não podia ser melhor.

Amazing place, Amazing stay!

An amazing experience. The house is very spacious, well decorated and has everything needed for a great stay. Outside there are several areas where you can eat or simply relax overlooking the storks. The house is very close to the beach and several restaurants. A late afternoon bike ride at the paddy field was one of the highlights of the stay.
