Centrally Located Silverthorne Condo Near Ski Areas & Local Activities!

This spacious, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with a king bed, a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a twin bed with twin trundle. There are two primary suites, one with a king bed. It has two living areas, private laundry and treed views with mountains in the distance. Centrally located in Silverthorne so you’re near Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Dillon, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail. And the Summit Stage bus stop is just north of the entrance to the complex on the main road.

The entryway offers a storage bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features hardwood floors, beautiful views, and a mounted flat screen smart TV. The private deck is just off the living area and features treed views and mountains in the distance.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats five with three additional seats at the breakfast bar.

Both primary suites are upstairs. The first primary suite features a king-sized bed, a dedicated work area with desk, and beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second primary suite features a queen-sized bed and more beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. There is a washer and dryer on this level and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

Downstairs in the basement is the second living area and a guest bedroom. The living area is great for movie and game nights. It features a mounted flat screen TV and a foosball table. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-sized bed with a twin trundle. There is a guest bathroom with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Great unit and layout - we had a great time with the opportunity for the kids to have their own separate space downstairs to play foosball and beds. The kitchen was amply stocked with pots and pans, plates and cutlery and 3 bathrooms was a blessing! The location is convenient to several ski resorts- Copper, Keystone, Loveland etc Highly recommend and we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay near skiing

Great condo for accessing Silverthorne, Frisco, and surrounding ski areas! Place was clean and comfortable. Would recommend a vehicle with good snow tires as the road wasn’t always plowed early

Perfect

This place was absolutely perfect. The way this property is taken care of and managed is well done. The amenities were plenty for a family of 4 for a week and the place was spotless. My only complaint was that our check in time was delayed by an hour (which is ok! we went to have dinner) but also when we went to check out the cleaning crew showed up early knocking on the door and then when we weren't ready to leave quite yet they hung out on the porch waiting for us which felt a bit intrusive. Again, this is my only complaint and it's barely a complaint because this place was awesome!

Great Location

Great spot for a ski vacation, short drive to Keystone, A-Basin and Breck. Plenty of room and beds for five of us. It was easy to access and only minutes up the hill from town. We'd stay again.

Good value for the size!

Stayed here with my 3 daughters and one of their friends for fall break. Having 3 floors and lots of space was great. Although not a "new" condo, the location, cleanliness and comfort were all great. Good value for the price. Close to Dillon, hiking, Breck and Keystone.

Great Location for Skiing

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was great for our ski trip to Copper Mountain. The thermostats and heating system were a little different from what we are used to, but the guide they sent before our stay did a great job explaining everything. The beds were comfortable and it was a nice, quiet residential area. The space was great for us and our 4 kids. There was a ton of snow, but the roads and sidewalks were in great shape and easy to navigate.

Great for a quick getaway

We had 4 adults and 5 kids with our visit. The house fit us all well, especially with the bunks in the basement for the kids. Location is great, tucked on the other side of the hill, with a gradual incline. The house was very clean, lot of amenities and seating and great email communication from the management company. Things to consider- there is *NO bathroom* on the main level, so get ready for making laps on the stairs. Also, the pots and pans were not the best. Every type of food we cooked aggressively sticked to the bottom. We used spray, oil and butter - nothing helped. We had to soak every pan overnight just to get the bottom pealed and clean. Overall I would recommend for a quick trip, but not a long term stay.
