The pool heater was out during our entire stay. It was out well before our stay as well and the hotel choose not to notify us of this so that we didn’t find out until we went to the pool. After we went to the desk to talk about it they told us to go to the rec center pool. We did, the rec center was at capacity and could not admit us. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool so our young kids had something to do after skiing. Had we been told in advance we would have stayed elsewhere. When I informed the hotel of this the hotel they seemed to think this was not their problem. They put a sign on the pool door calling it a “cold plung”. There are plenty of rental appartments with pools near by, stay elsewhere, we would have had we been notified.

Everything was great, except when I checked in they charged me $100 + 14.14? for incidentals and when I checked out they refunded the $100 and said I owed 14.14? Why should I pay taxes twice on incidentals which I did not have? I have not received my credit card statement, but will see what actually happened when I do.
