When I alerted the staff that the mini fridge still had food in it and that the freezer was frozen over and unable to be utilized, they offered a room with a mini fridge that was smaller, had no freezer compartment, and didn't offer any compensation for the fact that my unit was inoperable. The "solution" wasn't a solution. They treated me like I was being difficult instead of resolving the issue.
