Property Description
Salt Lick 83 is a very spacious split-level townhouse in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne. This 1,877 Sq. Ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 6. Large windows with lots of light and views. Huge deck wraps around the main floor. It is easily accessible off of Ryan Gulch Road. Views of the Continental Divide from the living area. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, kitchen island and lots of meal preparation space. Dining area seats 6. The deck has patio furniture to seat 4. Living room has a large sectional, flatscreen and wood fireplace. Free cable and WiFi. Large entry area has a ski boot dryer and lots of room for gear and shoes. The unit has a Sauna on the main floor. A full-size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

Parking
There are 2 surface parking spots. The garage is for owner use only. Please do not park in front of the neighbors' garages. There are overflow parking spots around the complex. You may park in any spaces that are unmarked.

Just 15 minutes to Keystone or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 30 minutes to Breckenridge and 35 minutes to Vail. Less than 5-7 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets, Silverthorne Rec Center, restaurants, brewpubs, breweries and City Market in Dillon. Walk out your door and down the block to find the paved rec path for walking or biking and National Forest Trails. Hike the trails in the summer and cross country or snowshoe them in the winter. Also easy access to: the Blue River for fishing, the Silverthorne Rec Center with pools, hot tub and water features plus state of the art workout areas, the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center for live theater and events and Rainbow Park for play, sledding and outdoor concerts. Also a quick drive to the Silverthorne Pavilion for weddings and community events.

The space was delightful for our family gathering, especially the living room area for relaxed evenings in, sitting and chatting. The kitchen space was serviceable, with fine appliances; I'm glad two of us live locally, as we were able to bring over and kitchen miscellany that were not provided. The top-floor rooms were fine for those that stayed there, though I would say the bottom-floor murphy bed leaves something to be desired. The sauna was a lovely feature, and the airy, open architecture allowed the natural beauty of the area to shine through.

Ski weekend with my sons:)

Perfect location to rest after a day spent on the slopes. Furniture was comfy, more than enough space for everyone to recharge, kitchen had all of the essentials, sauna was a bonus. Would recommend and stay again.

Great house, loved the sauna

Amazing location for our ski trip, great space for our group of 5. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only strange part was the check-in process, which required us to drive to a separate location to “get the key” which was just a piece of paper with a code on it
this could have easily been texted or emailed to us. It wasn’t crazy far out of the way, but we all just thought it was bizarre. Overall though an awesome house and would recommend!

Stayed for 1 week and skied Vail, Breck, Beaver Creek, Copper and Winter Park with my daughter and her friend from college. Super comfortable and nicely appointed property. Pleasant surprise...the murphy bed was actually quite comfortable!

Fabulous Fall Break

We loved the space to spread out, the vaulted ceilings and view from the living room. The rooms were comfortable and it was sparkling clean. We all enjoyed the sauna too! It is a quadplex, there are 4 units connected, but most of the time, we were the only ones there and it was very quiet. The only thing that wasn't quite what I expected is there is a street just below the deck. I was expecting it to be more private/wooded off the deck. It is in an condo/apartment/vacation rental area of town. It was very convenient to the interstate and so much to do outdoors. We hiked a mine trail near Breck, a trail at Dillon Lake and another at Frisco. We don't ski, but it would be the perfect place to come home to after a day on the slopes. I would definitely go back!
