We stayed for my daughter’s 18th birthday with a group of 11 and the house was amazing! Spacious, clean, fresh flowers and stylish decor in a house that felt like home. We live in the Chicagoland area and it was the perfect short distance getaway. It was like a mini vacation. The hostess Gregoria was super helpful.

We rented this home for a special family celebration of 2 birthdays and an anniversary. With 14 people in the home we had plenty of room to spread out - the house is much larger than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for all sorts of entertaining! On Saturday night, the outdoor grill was large enough to accommodate steaks & salmon, while 2 professional chefs in our group found all the utensils to prep the remainder of the meal. A Viking range with double oven was wonderful to have for our use. And the cabinet full of elegant entertaining platters, servers, cake stand helped us to serve a lovely meal & dessert with all the finer touches. The pool - and especially the assortment of large pool toys- was the big hit! Gregoria was an A host with immediate responses to our messages, and delightful surprises. The stocked cooler of cool beverages was appreciated by everyone. The fruit tower was a beautiful treat, and fun for the kids to try the variety of offerings. We've already recommended this property to others. Thank you Gregoria.

Our stay in this beautiful home was definitely a 5-star experience! It was even more luxurious than we anticipated. Gregoria was very available both before and then during our stay when we had a question about the use of a particular appliance. She is a gracious hostess and was especially thoughtful, leaving a lovely gift for our recently-born grandson whom I had mentioned in passing before our stay. This home was well-supplied with cooled beverages and a large variety of fresh fruit for our use, as well as well-appointed with charming vases of fresh lilies and other flowers, adding to the elegant ambiance of this home. the indoor pool area was a favorite gathering place for our family, and we definitely felt like we were at a vacation resort. The property was a good or even better than represented. We give it our highest rating.

50th Anniversary Celebration

Our family loved this property. Perfect space for our family of 15; the pool was the icing on the cake. We appreciated all the amenities , and the extra touch of beautiful fresh flowers did not go unnoticed. Great setup in the kitchen for preparing meals. The kiddos loved the ability to play video games. Great place.

Perfect for a large family get together.

Our large family stayed at this property for my son’s wedding. Most of us were coming from out of town and wanted to stay together. The house was very spacious well appointed and definitely well suited for those who like to cook - which we do. The host was very nice and left an abundance of fresh fruit, cold water, and even some cold beer for us. After a long drive, it was very nice to be able to come in and settle quickly.One of the things that pleasantly surprised us is that everybody mentioned that their bed was comfortable. It is rare when you have that many people staying that no one is complaining about the beds. Our bed was very comfortable, and I don’t remember the last time I went on vacation, not thinking that I was ready for my own bed.Gregoria was very responsive and clearly takes pride in her duties as a host. I would recommend this house and this host.

What a wonderful property!

My extended family had a wonderful time this passed weekend at this Spring Grove property. Gregoria was a thoughtful, gracious host who provided us with everything we needed and then some! She had a few really special and generous surprises awaiting us! The house description is beautiful, yet still doesn't do it justice. It was spacious, very functional, and really, really beautiful. The kids loved the pool and all the great gear that went with it. I can't think of a thing that could have made our stay better! Thank you, Gregoria!

Amazing Night for my Daughter and Her Friends!

My daughter is graduating high school, so brought a group of her and friends up for a night to celebrate. House did not disappoint!!House was perfectly kept. Had every extra you could ask for. Absolutely one of the best VRBO hosts you’ll see. Indoor pool was amazing. Multiple outside areas
