When booking this room it said free continental breakfast. And when i checked in they told me i couldnt get that. I had to pay for 2 breakfast.. for the price of the room it should have came with it.. location was perfect.. not happy about parking.. i had to pay to park at the hotel.. not a happy customer

Staff here is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. The heat in the room was not as good as it should be. Had to really turn up the temp to warm the room. It was 5 deg F outside. Parking check in and out could have been easier. Machine was not working. Park on street if you can. They charge for parking I guess Hilton doesn’t make enough money.

Clerk for check in was hard to understand because of his diction and rapid dialog. Room was small. Room coffee was cheap and only two small glasses for drinks. Coffee in the lobby was some of the best I've had and Sherry in the breakfast room was great!

$24 to add a breakfast option is ridiculous, when many hotels offer free breakfast for their guests. The abandoned Wyndham Hotel directly across the street was a horrible eyesore. One would also think that the hotel would offer to validate your parking, but I was told they could not, because the parking garage was "owned by the city."

The staff was amazing except a blond lady at the front desk of the morning we were departing. She was snippy to my wife but not rude and it was settled quickly by another employee at the desk. The room size was good but was definitely not spotless (I took pictures). I feel for a hotel of this stature that it should have in room microwaves but that is just my opinion. My family had to use the stairs multiple times due to the elevators not working properly and we were on the 11th floor. The heater did not function properly until around 3A.M. All in all I feel that we paid for the location convenience of the hotel more than we did for the stay. I will return in the future, but hopeful that facility updates will have been made by then.
