Too expensive for quality

There was a hole in the 2nd floor ceiling. The elevators were not working properly. The hotel would not validate the parking garage. The cost was over $350 for one night. Had I stayed 2 nights it would have been $180 a night. Why are we charging double for one night? Just to get the extra money?

On the second night, at 1 a.m., I contacted the front desk to report the issue. Unfortunately, they informed me that no assistance was available until the morning. As a temporary solution, they sent a fan to my room with a security guard. It was a truly horrible experience.

The checkin line was very long. The parking is a garage and paid parking. The rooms are a bit dated. It took several minute of running the water to get warm water for the shower. The tvs need updated, there is no guide, and very small. For the price the room didn’t offer much.
