Fantastic house and host!

Great place to stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. Dan responded quickly to any questions we had. Nice location close to stores, Bass Pro, and the aquarium. Highly recommend!

This property was very clean, and it was easy to get to many of Springfield's areas (shopping, recreation, etc.)—it's even only a mile from the big fork! We had an issue with the code to get into the house on arrival but we were able to contact the property manager and he solved the problem within minutes.

MO State Family Weekend

We visited the area for MO State Family Weekend. We were a party of 5 adults, 2 being "adult" children. Initially, the surrounding neighborhood was a little questionable to us, but we were pleasantly surprised! The house was very well maintained, newly remodeled, and impeccably clean!! Seriously, the cleanest place we've ever stayed! The owner/rep was very responsive, but we didn't need to really be in contact. Easy check-in/check-out, easy access to the house, with lots of city accouterments within minutes. There is no futon as mentioned in the property details. The master bed is rather firm, but the other two beds were reported to be very comfortable. No coffee maker but there was a Kurig-type appliance and you'll need to pack your own pods. Otherwise, all kitchen necessities were there, including seasonings and some dry goods. Overall, the place was perfect for us!

Springfield reunion

We were very happy house was handicapped accessible. Only suggestion is it needs a check out guide on what to do with laundry , trash disposal etc. A sign in book is always interesting to see where other guests are from. We have traveled, so not a big problem for us but might help some newer travelers. Thanks
