Newly built 4/3 just steps from the beach and river. This beautiful beachy chic home is filled with all new furnishings and vintage decor. The open floor plan and vaulted ceilings throughout make the 1740 sq ft house live even larger. With 2 master bedrooms (both with private baths), 2 standard bedrooms and a pull out queen in the living room, it makes for a perfect family reunion or friends getaway.

Beautiful 600 sq ft wrap around deck provides great space for entertaining, sunning and relaxing. There is also a gas grill.

Less than one block from the beach and three from the river hosting beautiful sunsets.

Ocean and river front dining available in the neighborhood and historic downtown St Augustine is just a quick drive over the bridge!

Thanksgiving weekend.

The location was excellent with a close walk to the beach or the river. Also about 15 mins to downtown st augustine. The layout of the house wa good with plenty of room for 5 adults. However the the interior details were a concern. The master shower head was not functioning correctly with low pressure. The mattress was uncomfortable and squeaky in the master too. The pillows were thin and worn. In the kitchen one of the chairs had a broken slat. The floor had a loose plankon the floor was also loose by the kitchen high chairs. The ottoman in the living room had the material was perking off. The tv had cable but no streaming we could find. Some investment in the small details would be appreciated by future guests.

Gorgeous interior and location

Beautiful property inside and out. Quick walk to the beach or to the river with Aunt Kate’s and The Reef also in walking distance for dinner. Publix down the street and most attractions within 15 minutes drive. We had an excellent time. Loved walking on the beach in the morning collecting seashells and watching the sunset over the river in the evening.

Great Family Vacation!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this house for our beach getaway! The home is very spacious and has an open floor layout which was great because we had a toddler and infant with us. There's lots of places to sit inside and outside. I am in a wheelchair so it's really hard to find places to stay that are wheelchair friendly. Even though I had to be bumped up and down the stairs outside everything was accessible inside that I needed. This was a huge relief to me and my family and I'm thankful the owners were kind enough to give me accurate measurements for the doors and master bathroom. The beach was just a short distance away and we found so many shells!! The weather was perfect even though it was hot. We enjoyed all of our food from Aunt Kate's and The Reef which were just down from the house (literally 2 mins max). Overall, we had a great experience staying at this property and will definitely be booking again in the future!

JJs Beach house

It definitely has the room for friends and family to spread out. No one is hitting elbows. Location was great. 10 mins to marys harbor view (our fav breakfast spot). 6 mins to beaches (great crab cakes and maldi coladas). And a 3 minute walk to the beach. Its a beautiful home and perfect location!!

JJ’s Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach house. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The 4 bedrooms were spacious and definitely enjoyed having 3 bathrooms. Also having 2 master bedrooms was a perfect! It is very close to the ocean and just a short walk to the intercoastal waterway. Great location. Quiet neighborhood.

Family Gathering

This home was perfect for our family get together! Great layout for the grandparents, the new parents and a grand baby. The pictures show it exactly how it is, very comfortable and the hosts have thought of everything needed. The beach is a short 2 blocks away. We highly recommend this property!

Amazing house!

We gathered at this house to celebrate a family birthday! The house was amazing! We had everything we needed to make meals, enjoy family time, spread out when a little more space was needed, do laundry, and just have fun on the beach. The walk to the beach was easy. We had a great time and will definitely be back in the future.

Beautiful Sanctuary

3 siblings, spouses and our 93 year old mom traveled to St. Augustine for a wedding and planned to stay for a week. We booked the home because it had 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms but we were afraid we would be a little isolated from the exciting events and fun of the historic city. We were relieved to discover how quickly and easily we could get to wedding events and city tours. And to our delight, the home became a lovely oasis, a perfect contrast to the busy-ness of the city and Anastasia Island. Lots to do close by (15 minutes?) but a quiet, expansive beach and nice restaurants within walking distance (blocks) and just a 2 mile drive to the small town of Vilano Beach with more restaurants, a marina, and another lovely beach. Wonderful opportunities for sunrises and sunsets!

Perfect location

We were in St. Augustine for a family wedding and this was a perfect location. Neighborhood was family friendly and walk/run friendly and a quick stroll to the beach and a reasonable Uber ride to St. Augustine. House was darling and great layout for our group. Amazing stay!

Really nice property with lots of room and well equipped with amenities. Great location with 2’ walk to the beach. Cory and Carrie were wonderful hosts and responded very quickly to any of our (few) questions. Would definitely rent their property again!
