This condo sits in the heart of St. Augustine Beach’s Golden Mile, famous for its walkable beachfront, restaurants, coffee shops, boutique stores, and miles of pristine shoreline.

A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking platform, a government-issued ID and copy of your credit card may also be required for verification after booking.

Smoking indoors is prohibited ($500 remediation fee applies).
The following additional Fees may apply:
$150 per person per day for exceeding occupancy limits
$50–$200 for late check-outs or early arrivals (based on number of hours).
