Welcome to Beachside Bounty!
Beachside Bounty is a canal front home located just steps to the beach and restaurants. Perfect location to make favorite vacation memories.

The moment you walk inside you will feel at home!

Beachside Bounty offers WiFi plus cable so you will not miss out on any the big games! The first living room features a large screen smart TVs, comfy leather couches and electric fireplace for ambience.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essential pots pans etc. to make that family feast, dining room and the second family room are all open to each other, a great gathering spot for movie nights!

When you are ready to relax and dream about the next day’s adventures the Master Bedroom offers a plush King size bed plus attached bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The guest rooms feature two twins with attached bathroom and a queen bed with attached bathroom.

Playtime is easy when you enjoy the bicycles, beach cart and chairs for the beach. The pavers patio offers plenty of seating to dine Al fresco plus a propane grill and outdoor shower. Bring the kayaks and launch from the floating dock in the canal, watch sunset over the intracoastal - catch some fish!

This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed

Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH $200 FEE* If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom

Cozy Getaway

This place was well equipped with everything you need. Cleanliness was top-notch! Beautiful, peaceful setting on the water that we found relaxing and restful. Plenty of spacious gathering areas for a family to play games together or just hang out. Beds were comfortable.

Property needs some work; everything was functional, but worn. The mattress on the queen bed was horrendous and needs to be replaced. The televisions were hard to figure out and there needs to be prior instructions to bring your sign in credentials for your personal streaming services. Found one small cockroach. Other than the foregoing, it was as advertised and served our purpose.

Mother's Day Family Getaway

The house is beautiful. We spent most of our time outside play games or on the great couch in the family room watching movies! It wasn't too far from all we wanted to do in historic St. Augustine and at the beach. Thank you for your hospitality.

Friends getaway

It was great to have 3 bathrooms with the 3 bedrooms. Most places I looked at had 3 bedrooms and two baths. We liked the big community areas in the house. In the evening some would be in one room talking while others were watching a movie or playing cards in the other. The outside area was great. We grilled out or just ate outside a few nights. Quiet neighborhood and short drive to most attractions.

Winter get away

Very nice house. Tastefully decorated. Had everything that we needed to fix our meals. Plenty of space to sit and relax after a day out and about. Great outdoor space. Short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

CHRISTMAS FAMILY TRIP

We had 3 adult couples the house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The front outdoor area was amazing with shade covered table and chairs and chairs to lounge in the sun. The fence around the front area provides all the privacy needed. We spent most of our time outside. There was one rainy day so we spent time on the back covered porch in the porch swing. We stayed for Christmas and there was a beautifully decorated Christmas tree waiting to put our presents under. The two livingrooms are nicely furnished with ample seating. There is a nice big dinning table we could all sit at for dinners and games. The home is in a quite neighborhood. It is a short easy ride into St. Augustine. There are parks to the North on A1A with lots of history that are very interesting and are well maintained. We all really enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful week away

We had an amazing time and really enjoued fishing in the canal. The house came with everything we needed for a great time. We had an issue with the lock and our problem was quickly resolved.
