Fully furnished first floor condo in the desirable Conquistador Condominiums in Saint Augustine Shores area with views of the intercoastal. Enjoy an open living/dining room design and screened lanai with overlooking mature landscape. Office and desk space provided. Sleeps two and offers a double oven, plenty of kitchen supplies and space for dinner parties.

Access to Conquistador amenities are 3 pools (one heated), tennis and pickleball courts, beautiful walking areas, car wash station, grilling areas and covered pavilion. Nearby there is the Riverview Club with Olympic size pool, nature trails and fishing pier on the Intracoastal and The Shores Golf Club. Shopping and area beaches are less than 10 minutes away.

Reservation will include a $55.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We will send you the information if you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.
