This unit has a King size bed in the bedroom and a 24" Queen Air Mattress . Condo is equipped with all pots, pans, stove, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, blender, toaster & coffee maker. Condo has 2 flat screen TV's with cable and wireless internet. Private beach access gate and heated pool. Grilling and picnic area. 1st floor unit with key-less entry including private patio.
Condo is 340sqft This is Perfect size to 2 adults
Dog Friendly with a $100 pet fee due at Check In. Only ONE (1) dog allowed. Restricted Breeds: Rottweiler, Pit bull, Doberman, Chow, German Shepherd.

We had such a great time!! Such a relaxing little getaway. Todd and Sarah are wonderful hosts. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was awesome, and the WiFi and TVs were great. We also appreciated the close proximity of the unit to the beach access and pool. We would definitely come back again. Thank you!!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for and what was advertised. Clear communication the whole way through with the owners. Pool was a nice touch and option with the surf advisory in affect. Quiet enough for some needed relaxation and close enough to some great places to eat and visit. I would definitely recommend and we hope to be back again!

Pool was warm for two days, then it was freezing-so we left 3 days early. Not enough seating around the pool. We were at two other resorts this season with cooler weather (Gulf Shores and Panama City Beach) both had pools that were significantly warmer than this property. Very small unit. Needed cleaning when we arrived, sandy floor, dirty patio.

Host was excellent in promptly answering questions. View from patio obstructed by concrete wall and sea oats as well as almost under boarwalk shower. Oven and toaster needed cleaning badly. Would not use. Floor was gritty and left bare feet black, even though we had not been to beach. Mattresse was a disaster and lumpy. Shower water pressure phenomenal. Good place for Spring Breakers but not for Seniors.

Cozy for my wife and I plus 2 boys and dog. Great view, easy access to beach and heated pool was a hit with the kids! TVs in both rooms are good sized and modern, rest of apartment is functional but a little dated. Had a great stay for New Years!

The space was a bit tight for our preference but still adequate and clean. There were a few maintenance issues and we were pleased that the host was local and took care of them when notified. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or beach because the weather didn’t cooperate.

Todd was a great host. Very easy going and quick to respond. There were some little things here or there with the property but with being at the beach and the constant guests it was easily overlooked. Nothing worth fussing over.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was excellent! Clean, convenient and overall a great place to stay! The shower pressure was excellent and the bed was very comfortable! The only drawback in our opinion was the back patio is right next to the boardwalk where people wash off from beach so there is limited privacy. We would definitely stay here again!
