Come stay in this completely renovated, beautiful second floor, pet-friendly one bedroom apartment with a large fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. A spacious balcony with rocking chairs. Shared use of the fabulous back yard with picnic tables, BBQ grills, and bicycles! One parking space guaranteed. Best part: The location! About a five-minute walk to historic downtown and Flagler. Super comfy queen size 4-post bed. Pet fee is $40 per dog per stay (max of 2 dogs).

This second floor apartment is in a charming historic home built in the 1890's, that was converted into five apartments decades ago. The property was completely renovated in 2018. You have a large, completely renovated, eat-in kitchen with all the pots/pans/dishes you need to cook (or not, you're on vacation!). A large new bathroom with a tile shower with glass doors and full size washer and dryer.

You'll love the charm of the home as well as all the conveniences.

One of the best parts of the property is the large backyard, complete with picnic table, charcoal bbq grills and lots of other seating. It's got beautiful lighting in the backyard to enjoy a glass of wine.

This is a furnished one-bedroom apartment. There is a full-size sleep sofa in addition to the queen-size four poster bed.

We will only refund the booking for a hurricane threat if an evacuation is ordered in the area by the State of Florida. We experience threats nearly every other week during hurricane season, that rarely amount to anything.

Contracted Covid? That's why you need to purchase insurance. It should cover your booking reimbursement, and we hope you have a speedy recovery.

Your apartment is completely separate.
You enter in the main door, and there are four apartments (two upstairs, two downstairs) in this part of the building. You have free use of the shared back yard, which has picnic tables and adirondak chairs, charcoal bbq grills and the shared bicycles, along with a funky pedicab where one of you can bike the spoiled person around. Flashing lights included!

We have a wonderful property manager who is available to answer any questions or provide any missing things. Can't find a corkscrew? Missing facecloths? They're all supposed to be there - just ask and if it's anything we can provide, we will. We want all of our guests to have a five star experience and it all starts by communication! We're also fully available by email or text. It's just that we're traveling too! We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance in case your plans change.

This is an interesting neighborhood. We're located right across the street from Ketterlinus Elementary school, so during recess time, you definitely hear the sound of the children, but it means it's pretty quiet at night. There's not a lot of street noise.

It's fun to sit outside on weekend nights and hear the music from downtown, but you don't hear it in the house.

We're in a neighborhood called Flagler's Model Land. Most of the houses in the neighborhood were built in the 1800's and some are very charming. Most of the area was originally owned by Henry Flagler, who played an important part of the growth of St. Augustine. Flagler College is also just a couple of blocks away.

We're a few minute walk to The Social Lounge and The Barley Republic, if you're looking for a drink. The food at The Barley Republic is very Irish and very tasty. Just a bit further and you get to our absolute favorite restaurant: Thai House & Sushi on Hypolita. Don't let the outside fool you with those ugly orange chairs. The food and the sushi is top notch, creative and delicious. Tell them Lindsey sent you!

We are less than two blocks from a trolley stop next to the Wax Museum, which most visitors to St. Augustine like to use to explore the city.

You are always welcome to park on the street in front of the house if there is room. If there's no parking, you also will have ONE assigned spot behind the property. Directions to the parking will be provided with your check-in instructions.

If you have a second car, we do have overflow parking for possibly one extra car on a first come, first serve basis. Parking permit is required.

For longer trips around, Uber, taxis and pedicabs are readily available.

This is a wonderful old house, but these old houses weren't built with the same soundproofing that houses are now, so you may hear some noise. As a result, no parties or events are allowed.

We allow dogs in our property. If you are allergic to pets, you probably should rent an alternative place.

If you bring your dog and it creates a disturbance, you will be asked to board it somewhere else. We welcome well-behaved dogs, but incessant barking is not acceptable. St Augustine is very pet-friendly and you can take your dog almost everywhere.

The AC and fridge were cold, and the shower was hot so already off to a good start! The unit was the perfect size for the two of us and our dog. We used the full-size kitchen to cook breakfast in the morning before heading out for the day. The recliner couch and bed were very comfortable. Guests were occupying the other units during our stay, but there was minimal noise, especially at night. There is a school across the street and due to the age of the building, it can get a little noisy starting around 730-8, but we are early risers so was not an issue for us. Communication with the host was informative with the before the trip and while we were staying at the location. The extra information regarding parking was helpful, as we were not able to find street parking and utilized the parking spots at the residence behind the location. There was a wooden walkway leading from that residence to the rental location which made it easy to get to and from our vehicle.We did a lot of walking and felt safe within the neighborhood; we were out at both 11pm and 530am walking our dog individually with no issue. It's a short walk to St. George Street. The associated fees were very reasonable, especially for a larger dog (48lb lab). We would definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

My husband and I stayed at Benoit’s apartment in the Historic District of St. Augustine over the July 4th weekend for our anniversary, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short five-minute walk to George Street, where you’ll find all the restaurants, bars, shops, and tours that make St. Augustine so special. We never even needed to use our car once!The apartment itself was charming and very comfortable, with beautiful wood flooring and historic character dating back to the 1800s. It was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed — fresh towels, dishes, and even a washer and dryer, which came in handy. The bathroom was clean and nicely updated, and the whole space felt like a cozy home away from home.Benoit was a wonderful host — responsive, welcoming, and he made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.If you’re planning to explore the sights downtown, I highly recommend staying here. Bring your comfy clothes and walking shoes, and you’ll have the best time enjoying everything St. Augustine has to offer, all within walking distance. Quiet, well kept apartment in St. Augustine. Close to walk to downtown. Apartment was updated and clean. Backyard is spacious and cute. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly as represented. Very clean and nicely furnished-- a great space! Bathroom had plenty of room even with the washer and dryer in it. Kitchen is very well set up. Overall very nice place and only a five minute walk to Historic Down Town St Augustine. A few short blocks from the Fort and St. George Street.

We were only in town for two nights and Mulvey #4 worked out great for us. The unit is very nice as well as comfortable for a travelling couple. Parking can sometimes be a bit challenging (as is the case everywhere around this town) so if you are able to find a spot in front of the unit, I suggest you leave your car parked and if you are able, just walk everywhere since you aren't far from all this area has to offer. Things got a little noisy early on our first morning (Monday) due to the garbage truck on the street out front, but this is beyond anybody's control and a necessary task. The front door was found unlocked upon our arrival and a few times during our stay due to other house guests forgetting to lock the deadbolt after leaving or returning home. This was a bit troubling, but each unit also has its own deadbolt system so there is always a secondary level of safety. We were on the tail end of a three-week vacation, so the in-unit laundry was a fantastic bonus for us. As requested, we notified (text message) the property manager upon our departure. We never received a reply so we could only assume the message was delivered. We feel this unit offered great value for our money. If we are ever in need of accommodations in this area again, we would not hesitate to reserve a unit in this home or other units from these owners again. Dan 'n Terrie

Stopped just for 2 nights in St. Augustine en route to Anna Maria Island. Our brief stay couldn’t have been any nicer. Just a short walk to the downtown area with all the bustling shops & restaurants. Our apartment was clean, the bed super comfy and when contacting host about something minor, had a call right away.
