Please note that the pool is solar heated and depends on the amount of sunlight that the solar panels are exposed to. It can be very chilly in the winter months, usually only about 10 degrees warmer then the pool would be without a heater

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If we find an unauthorized pet in the house, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FIREWORKS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Holidays with family

2 very nice houses connected by a large garden with two pools and a jacuzzi. Both houses were well equipped with everything you need. Beach at walking distance. Unfortunately we had a relative cold week so were not able to use the swimming pool. But the jacuzzi was okay. Plenty of space for the children to play, both inside and outside the houses. Everybody was very positive about the accommodation!

We had 13 adults, friends and family in the two homes that joined at the back yards. Plenty of room and outdoor space 3 blocks from the beach. We enjoyed the location in Butler Beach our time there.

Girls Family Weekend

The place was great. The houses were equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. You were close to the beach. The pools were clean and at the right temperature. Loved, loved the hottub. The only recommendations I would suggest is the WIFI is very weak. If you had to do any work on your laptop we were not able to complete it. I also would place trash cans on both properties. We enjoyed ourselves very much and would highly recommend the house(s) to anyone. To the owner: the closet door in the three bedroom house where the twin beds were one door was off the track. It was like that when we entered the house on Thursday. Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your beautiful houses.

Incredible Getaway

We came down for a Bachelor Party. The property is a few short blocks from the beach yet we never left poolside for 2 days. Tells you everything you need to know about the place. Check in was easy and we truly did not want to leave. Perfect for a big group. My favorite VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in and we will be back.
