Welcome to The Dylan, a stylish boutique stay in St. Augustine, perfectly located near the city’s must-see attractions. Just a short 3–5 minute walk (approximately 2 blocks) to downtown, Flagler College, and historic sites, you’ll have easy access to over 500 restaurants, shops, and local experiences.

This charming suite is part of a boutique property featuring six private units, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Enjoy a plush king bed with premium linens and pillows, a 50” TV with complimentary Netflix, and a well-appointed space ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The suite includes a modern glass rain shower with provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with a coffee and tea station and an eat-in bar. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor deck with dining space.

Located in a quiet, safe, and charming neighborhood just one block from the Intracoastal Waterway, this property offers both convenience and a peaceful retreat.

Guests have full access to their private suite along with shared amenities at The Dylan. Step outside to enjoy the inviting deck, complete with a table and chairs—perfect for morning coffee, dining outdoors, or relaxing after exploring downtown St. Augustine. * Strictly No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Bringing a pet will result in a $500 fee/fine.

* For your convenience, the property features a Smart Lock for self-check-in. You’ll receive a unique access code before your arrival, which you can use to unlock the door without needing a key.

Experience the magic of St. Augustine’s famous Nights of Lights celebration, running annually from November 21 through January 18 — one of the most beautiful and busiest times of the year in the nation’s oldest city!

Our property is within walking distance of downtown St. Augustine, historic attractions, restaurants, and the Nights of Lights festivities. For the most pleasant walk into downtown, we recommend taking Oneida Street or MLK Avenue toward the historic district and main attractions.

Please note that downtown parking garages can reach up to $40 during peak Nights of Lights season. To make visiting easier, the City also offers free Park & Ride shuttle options during busy event weekends and holiday periods.

Great little spot!

Great 3 day vacation- VRBO just as described , close to downtown but far enough so that it’s quiet ! No little grocer stores near by so keep that in mind. Great communication with the owners, very nice and responded quickly to our questions.. would stay here again- thank you!

Cozy spot within walking distance to downtown!

I really enjoyed this place. The room is small but absolutely perfect for my trip. The bed was big and comfy, check in was a breeze, and my fav part was the location. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. I definitely recommend this place for either a solo traveler or a couple who want to enjoy St Augustine without being exactly in the middle of the chaos. The hosts were so kind & helpful, and I would certainly stay again!

Cozy, great value, clean!

Lovely single room in a split level house/boutique inn. Cozy sheets, minifridge, microwave, everything was clean and well stocked. Location is also incredible for the value, you can walk directly to the main downtown drag in 5 minutes! We don’t use many amenities or take up lots if room time when we travel so this was perfect for us.
