The space
This entire property includes two separate houses - Salt Therapy North and Salt Therapy South - giving your group room to gather while still enjoying privacy. Each house offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, spread across three levels, for a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms across the property. The two-house layout is ideal for up to 12 guests, with shared outdoor areas connecting both homes in an easy, flowing arrangement. An elevator - with a doorway at least 32 inches wide and a cab at least 52 inches deep - supports convenient movement throughout.

Outdoor living
At the center of the property, a private outdoor saltwater pool offers a refreshing place to cool off in the Florida sunshine. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Patios and balconies frame both ocean and pool views, whether you're easing into a quiet afternoon or watching the evening light fade over the water. With the shoreline just steps away, beach essentials - including beach towels and beach chairs - make spontaneous beach days effortless. A grill and outdoor dining area provide a relaxed setting to share meals together.

Kitchen & dining
Each house includes a full kitchen and dedicated dining area, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals as a group. Whether you prefer gathering for shared dinners or keeping things flexible across two separate spaces, the dual-kitchen layout makes hosting seamless.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in each house provide comfortable, private accommodations for your group. With 6 beds total across both homes, there's plenty of room to rest after days spent on the beach or exploring nearby St. Augustine.

Comfort & connectivity
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep both homes comfortable year-round. A 50-inch HDTV, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace ensure entertainment and connectivity when you need them. Washer and dryer access, bathroom essentials, and self check-in via keypad add ease to longer stays. Free driveway parking on premises accommodates up to 3 vehicles.

Home safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. A private entrance adds an extra layer of privacy for your group.

Neighborhood
Tucked into the peaceful North Vilano Beach area, you're moments from the ocean and a short drive from St. Augustine's restaurants, shops, and historic landmarks. After a day exploring cobblestone streets or strolling the shoreline, return to your own coastal retreat and settle back into the steady rhythm of the sea.

Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees. Assistance animals are always allowed.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog. Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
