You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
South Hampton Golf Club Historic Saint Augustine Large Porch
No more than 5 vehicles parked at or near the home. If there more than five vehicles we will ask that guest to leave and the community may tow the vehicle.
Pool is not available, the pool is only for residents.
No outside guests after 9:30 pm. If there are guests who are not registered with the group after 9:30 pm we will ask them to leave.
Golf Course Community stay and play golf, community pool. One story home. Very easy to get around. Very close to shopping malls and the beach. Garage is not included in the rental. South Hampton golf course is one of the finest golf course in Florida. Another home is available across the street for booking when a bigger group is coming. Easy access to the interstate and restaurants. Available for longer stays as well.
If you are legitimately coming to Jacksonville to enjoy a vacation we would love to have you. But if you are trying to book the home in order to have Club night then that is not allowed. We do monitor the premises with security and we will ask people to leave immediately and you will lose all the money that you paid for the booking. We are not going to tolerate parties.
