We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, kitchen well stocked with plates, cutlery, bowls, pans, utensils, etc. and the bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to have two king size beds and there was a twin bed available for our grand-daughter. Our host was so responsive to every request we had! Vilano Beach is a great place to relax, take walks, and fish. We even saw dolphins nearby!The neighborhood is nice to take morning walks and St. Augustine is a short drive.

Everything was great and we all had a great time. For the price, you really can't beat it! My only issue with the stay was the 'steps away from beach' statement is a little misleading. For us it was about a 15 minute walk.

Quiet and small neighborhood of if A1A. Quick drive to Old St Augustine and some really good local restaurants like Aunt Kate’s. House was clean, great A/C, free off-street parking and a couple minute walk to the beach just across A1A. Super affordable price!! I visit this area frequently, I’ll be staying again!!

Great last minute trip rental find

Close to our camping family. Spacious and clean. Just a few minor thing electrical socket in bathroom did not work. It was a great place to stay. Would not hesitate to book this place.

Enjoyable stay at Vilano Beach

Condo reviewThe townhome was clean, comfortable, and adequately furnished. We had more than enough space for our family of 3. There was ample closet space and shelving to store belongings out of the way. The Vilano Beach area is quiet, calm, relaxing, and beautiful. There are some great restaurants in the area, and we love shopping at the Publix nearby. The property’s location is great for visiting St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra.

Just ok

This townhome was located in a somewhat rundown neighborhood. It was spacious, however, the upstairs didn’t cool well. There was old coffee grounds sitting in the coffee maker from the previous person. There needs to be updating done as well and less clutter in the kitchen. Overall, it met our needs but probably would not stay again.

When we showed up everything was clean and ready to go. We had no issues at all and could enjoy our stay to its max. The screened in area outside was enjoyable to sit and relax without the weather bothering us.

Amazing location and Townhouse

The location along Jacksonvilles strip of beaches was really excellant. There's not a lot of commercial stuff like restaurants or stores within the immediate area so be prepared when you need stuff to drive for it. The townhouse was super comfortable and we had everything we needed for an amazing weekend. The only downside was the backyard area was insanely overgrown and unusable. We really didn't need it this trip but would be a consideration for future bookings.
