What was a little disappointing for me is , you have a swimming pool, but no umbrellas ,‘I went to the pool with my sister but it was so hot we couldn’t stay there, we had to go early in the morning or at 5pm when the sun isn’t that strong, you should have umbrellas at the pool area , it will make it comfortable for your guests to be able to enjoy spending time at the pool, sincerely Candida,

Beds and pillows were wonderful. Breakfast was okay. Afternoon hors d’oeuvres and free bottled water were a nice bonus. Great location. Once we parked our van we never moved it until check out cause we walked everywhere. Pool looked really clean and nice outdoor sitting areas.

More of a motel than hotel. Set in the heart of St Augustine so close to all amenities. Rooms very small and a bit tired but comfortable. The only major negative is the absence of a room safe. VFM hmmm!

Property was clean, rooms were too. Breakfast was hot and abundant. Staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast cook. He was very kind and went above and beyond to provide us water and to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We liked it here and would stay again. Pool area could use some umbrellas- was hot with no shade.

The property is extremely clean, the staff is wonderful. The property is located right in the historic district walkable to everything. The location is perfect. There’s a nice small breakfast buffet. Unlimited water bottles! The hotel itself is well-maintained, furniture is in good condition. The bed was very comfortable. The con was, that this is an old motel. There is a small pool in the parking lot with no shade. The room smelled a bit musty.

Very convenient to walk downtown St Augustine. Property simple, staff excellent especially the chef who made sure our group enjoyed breakfast. Only negative is floors in the room was very dirty. Other than that, all was acceptable.

Very nice place to stay in St. Augustine...easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Ony thing missing was a shelf in the bathroom to use for the usual bathroom necessities..

This property is absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and it was so quiet in our ground floor room. We parked in front of our room and looked out over the bay. Trolly stop is very close. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. Very close to pirate ship and bridge of loins. Views of the lighthouse are easy to see at night. The breakfast was very good. I just couldn’t believe how close it is to historic downtown with shopping and restaurants. Beautiful safe walking.

Old no view

Horrible. The hotel was old. My room had a view of the staircase and a trash can . No out door chairs which all the other rooms had. It was dark dated.
