We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. After major fires in St John's in November 1817 a delegation of citizens approached George Winter, who owned land north of Military Road, near Fort Townsend (a British military base), with the intent of establishing a village in a safer area. This led to the establishment of what became known as George's town (later Georgestown–sometimes called Georgetown).

Georgestown has become one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in the city. With the Bakery, Pub and Cafe all within walking distance of our property, you will really feel how special the community is.

Our cozy home is a perfect spot for a small family or friend getaway. Nestled in a neighbourhood full of history, the traditional St.john’s jellybean home with a modern purple twist. Spacious living area with plenty of guest seating, modern decor, and fresh new look.

Living room area has large sectional couch, smart TV, with adjacent dining room fully decorated with modern furniture and seating for six guests.

Statement green kitchen equipped with everything you need to make a family meal, complete with dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and oven. Half bath and laundry on the main floor.

Sleep comfortably in the king size bed with abundance of closet space and plenty of natural light by the desk/makeup area. Two additional spacious bedrooms beautifully decorated with queen size beds.


You’ll have control over the house temperature during your stay. You will have access to a washer and dryer in the home and can park your vehicle on the street out front. This place is great for anyone come from away looking to take in the traditional St. John’s jellybean experience with modern living, a true “home away from home”. Was in town for a family visit! Amazing home, very clean and perfect location. We loved the outside space and spend tons of time there. Easy access for my aging Aunt and Uncle who are in their 90s. Will be our go to for a yearly visits. Super impressed with high end soaps and shampoos. ( We are addicted and had to find the supplier on Water street, and brought back for gifts for friends in Ontario! We will be back!
