Mi casa es su casa. Come and enjoy Stari Grad close to the center in my house on Hvar island. On the sunny terrace you can comfortably sunbathe or end the day. In about 2 minutes walk you are at the port and in the center where a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, tourist office, bus stop and much more are available.
It has the perfect combination, meaning not that big but adequate space, a garden, one parking space and a sunny terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. The accommodation is close to the center of the promenade, shopping, ATMs, tourist office and bus stops.

Room 1, two single beds with access to the terrace WITH air conditioning – 1st floor

Room 3, a double bed without access to the terrace WITH air conditioning – 1st floor
Room 4, a double bed and sofa bed with access to the garden WITH air conditioning – ground floor
Room 5, a single bed with access to the garden WITH air conditioning – ground floor
Maximum 11 people in total (in room 4 a maximum of 2 light people on the sofa bed is recommended, better 1 person, makes a total of 11 people).

There's a dining area outside in the garden for 6, and on the terrace for 8. Additional chairs can accommodate more people. There's a dining area inside with a table and four chairs. The kitchen has a small fold-out table, two chairs, and an induction hob.
The room on the ground floor has a limited view through the window (as seen in the picture) without access to the terrace but to the garden.
Upper floor (rooms 1-3) is only accessible via an external staircase (see picture, no internal staircase).
You can use the kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, garden area and a parking space in front of the garage (max. minibus).
The owner is sometimes on the ground floor in a separate room and also uses the bathroom on the ground floor (most guests use only the bathrooms on the upper floor). Regardless of how you book. However, the owner is not present all year round, so it is better to ask before booking if the owner's presence is a problem for you.
The air conditioning has an automatic control.
The property has surveillance cameras recording outside only.
The property is not barrier-free.
Familiarize yourself with the information in good time, such as arrival, accommodation, check-in/ check-out, luggage storage, etc.

Only SELF CHECKIN/ CHECKOUT with lock boxes. Send me a photo of the ID card of ALL guests BEFORE arrival. You will receive the PIN code for the key box ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL shortly before check-in. The key will be available in the key box from check-in at 15:00.
If you book for example for 1-2 people, you rent access to a private bedroom for up to 2 people and access to the additional facilities, such as a bathroom, terrace, kitchen, garden area, and 1 parking space (max. minibus). For each additional person registered, you get access to additional bedrooms (a total of 5 bedrooms can be rented). If you book for only 1-2 people, the remaining bedrooms remain locked. The accommodation is private; only the guests you have registered with can enter the accommodation.
