(NO LAKE ACCESS) **Important: we are directly on the lake but have no steps or pathway down to the bay or lake. Free rock beach access under 2 miles away.

• 2 backyard patios. Both with chairs. One covered under the deck and the other open. Grassy part of the backyard is undergoing improvements and not safe for young children at this time.



📍Location: A serene hideaway tucked away on the bay, yet close enough to explore the charm of Sodus bay, wineries, and surrounding nature trails. We are just 1.3 miles from Colloca Estate Winery & Wedding Venue in Sterling NY.



🛶 Whether you’re paddling at sunrise, sipping wine at sunset, or enjoying a film in your own theater, Hacienda De Grace offers the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories.



Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome with an extra pet fee. Quiet hours after 10:30pm, this is a residential area. Safety is a priority with two exterior security cameras—one at the front door and back door. Please note, we maintain a smoke-free home and marijuana-free property and home. Please inform all guests of this smoking and vaping policy, and house rules including quiet hours.
