The staff were friendly. Our room was very dirty and smelled of dog. The whole room needs an upgrade. The bathroom door was so dirty, it didn’t want to touch it. We stayed here before, when visiting Stirling two years ago. We definitely won’t stay here again.

Family room was ideal for what we needed. Clean, cheap and good location. Good leisure facilities. Would stay again. Would have been better if you didn’t have to pay £10 per night for parking.

The room was ideal, spacious, clean and warm, the only down size was that you could only open the windows about half an inch, apparently it is due to health and safety, otherwise staff and hotel was very good.

Staff lovely, clean, meal was delicious in the evening and breakfast lovely. Unfortunately, it was two single beds put together, so not the comfiest of sleeps if you like to cuddle.

Despite being far from busy Dinner service was extremely slow so much that we had to leave before our desert arrived. The Breakfast buffet was tepid at best , and unpalateable at worst so much that we went elsewhere second morning. The noise from upstairs was unbearable. Loud rhythmic heavy bass music playing until I went to complain at 3:30 am. Saturday night. Sunday night noise began to start up at 1030pm and I had to go complain again. Phone in room didn’t work so had to go down in person. 2 nights very little sleep. Would definitely not recommend this hotel
