"We were there for 9 night room had a double and a single bed there were only 2 of us. The closet had 8 hangers and not one drawer in the room so we basically lived out of our suitcase. View from the room on the 12th floor was awesome but the pipes clanging every time someone used the toilet was ridiculous in a fairly new hotel. Someone must’ve complained before I did because it had stopped by day 2. You cannot charge anything to your room unless you have paid money up front for them to deduct from like a line of credit so I told them to take 200 pounds from my card to cover us. We proceeded to order a few things at the bar on day 2 and told them to charge it to the room. We went up stairs got into bed to go to sleep and the phone rings telling me I had to go back down and pay as we didn’t have credit. I told them I checked in the day before and had 200 pounds charged to my card to which they said Oh sorry it must be a mix up. The whole thing was ridiculous as they had all my credit card details and could easily charge my card. We stayed in a different hotel on the first 2 days of our trip and never had an issue like this it was ridiculous. So every time we ordered food or drink after that we just paid for it then. When they cleaned the room if we took drinks up the night before they never took away the empty glasses not once and we literally took a night cap up every night. I’ve traveled all over and found this experience bizarre and that’s about the nicest thing I can say!"

"Take care although this property is in a fabulous location, clean and has friendly staff. Bed was very uncomfortable/hard, our shower room flooded, we were put in a room that was so dark in lighting you could barely see and the third party provider double charged us for parking and hotel is unable to assist with this when i called for help and provider is uncontactable."
