Wonderful staff & location

The staff at Rob Roy were extremely cordial; breakfast was good~ no fresh fruit, but fully cooked Scottish breakfast items, & plenty of options for vegetarians. Great location: lovely mile path to Aberfoyle; & beautiful walking trails from right behind hotel. Only complaint: bed wasn't comfortable.

Just ok.

This hotel needs some updating. Very basic. Hallway carpets were dirty. Room furniture minimal and dated.
