The front staff was great and really tired to help me out with the room but we had no heat when we got into the room. I had to plug in the heater and then it would not warm up the room. They had maintenance come and check it out and all they did was put the hand in front of it and said it was warm. I said no it’s not. I turned it off and turned it back on a few times and then it got warmer. Then the water was not hot. We took cold showers. The fridge and microwave did not work because the outlet was not on. It took them about a few hours to figure out how to get that on.

Our room larger than expected. New and clean. The property is a little old and dated but they are renovating. Breakfast was sub-par but the coffee was fresh and hot. Staff was courteous and friendly.
