Situated on the beautiful Marina Basin, you'll be captivated by breathtaking ocean views from your private back patio, where you can unwind and soak in the scenery and watch the boats as they return from a day of fishing and boating. If you are an early riser, you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise from your private deck. Extremely conveniently located near everything! Only a few steps to the well appointed Marina Store and Marina. Take a very short stroll to the community pool and hot tub for a nice relaxing swim or soak. The Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts and Bocce Courts are right across from the pool as well. Plenty of activities to keep you busy outside in the gorgeous Florida Keys Weather!

A 4-seater electric golf cart is available for an additional fee: $50 per day, $250 per week, or $750 per month. Perfect for cruising around Venture Out and exploring the community with ease. Please contact the rental manager to add this to your reservation.

Venture Out is a golf cart friendly, private gated community that boasts a plethora of amenities to elevate your stay to the next level. Indulge in resort-style amenities, including a Marina store with fuel onsite, bait and convenience market, boat wash down station, 80-foot heated pool, Jacuzzi, large kiddie pool, salt water swimming lagoon, convenience market, post office, 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball and bocce courts.
Adventure beyond the gates for a bite to eat at some of Florida Keys favorite restaurants such as, Square Grouper, Morning Joint, The Bent Prop, Mangrove Mamas, Kiki's Sandbar or Boondocks Draft house and Miniature Golf course, all within a 10 minute drive. Whether you're a seasoned angler eager to explore the abundant fishing grounds or simply seeking relaxation by the waters edge, our Florida Keys getaway promises an unforgettable vacation experience. Located inside Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. A separate Registration Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. This fee must be paid with cash or credit card (4% credit card fee will apply).

Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. This vehicle must fit on the driveway and not extend out to the road. The driveway measurements are 25'L x 9'W x 7'10"H. If your vehicle does not fit when you arrive, you will need to see the guard gate for an additional parking pass for the overflow lot which costs $5/day. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.

Main guest must be 25 years of age or older and will need to email a copy of your drivers license to the Rental Manager after booking has been accepted. The vacation rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking acceptance. There is a 4% credit card processing fee.

Wonderful place!

We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed every minute. The place was nicely decorated with a GIANT TV for later in the evening. The neighborhood was great! We went into Key West several nights and it was an easy commute!

The location of this property was great and the home was spotless. It’s right next to the store, pool and boat ramp. We loved seeing all the fish and beautiful views. This was a easy drive to Key West too!

Lovely property

Property was extremely clean, was stocked with everything you could need, comfortable beds/furniture. The views are amazing (especially of sunrise). Neighborhood felt safe at night. Friendly neighbors with everyone seeming to just be happy to be there. Was contacted ahead of our visit to ask about how to configure beds (twins vs king) and with helpful recommendations on things to do in the area. Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again.

Phenomenal Experience

This property was amazing. As beautiful as it seems in pictures, it is even more beautiful in person. Everything was extremely clean and organized. They even had extra beach towels and floats for us to use, incase we needed them. Nadia, the property manager, was phenomenal. She was always available through call or text with any questions I had. The location of this property was perfect because it was on a corner lot and the market, along with the boat ramp, was nearby. I highly recommend this property and will be staying here again in the future!

We had an amazing visit to the Keys. The house was a perfect base camp for a week of fishing. Nadia was our property manager. She was available 24/7 and made our stay flawless. I'd definitely recommend this to fisherman or families looking for a week long rental.
