We had an issue with our debit card, we had cash but they wouldnt accept cash, after surpriding ys with an extra added $75 charge thst we weren't informed about. The hotel would not accommodate us, nor refund us the money paid for our room. We paid for a hotel room for nothing, and had to drive over an hour back home.

The architectural style and classic beautiful woodwork of the Hotel are top knotch. The original beautiful wooden doors on each finely restored rooms makes for a comfortable feel. Bridge to walk from parking garage to Hotel was no longer functional which is unfortunate but ok.

Bed was very comfortable. I wish there was a hot tub or jacuzzi tub or pool. Staff was great.
