This cosy house (semi-detached) is located in the village of Vabriga, 7 km from Porec and 1200 m from the beach. The house was built in 2010 and very tastefully decorated with modern furniture. It is situated on its own 200 m2 plot and offers its guests a beautiful covered terrace with seating set, brick barbecue, well-kept garden with flowers and olive trees for exclusive use. Covered car park in the courtyard, the entire property is fenced. The holiday home Green Marea is suitable for 4 people on a living space of 90m2 spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room, the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the covered terrace with seating, barbecue and deckchairs, as well as a separate toilet. On the upper floor is the modern bedroom with double bed and access to the covered balcony with seating, the bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. Air conditioning and WLAN are available and included in the price.

The twin village of Tar-Vabriga has so far been spared from mass tourism, but still offers a good infrastructure with bars, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Just 1.5 kilometres away is the Lanterna peninsula with its many beautiful beaches. Tar-Vabriga is also an excellent starting point for exploring Istria. The coastal towns of Porec and Novigrad can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The Istrian hinterland with the artists' town of Grožnjan or the historic mountain village of Motovun can also be reached quickly.
