This modern condo in the heart of downtown Traverse City offers an open concept living space and is adorned with contemporary furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the essentials you need for home-cooked meals.

Alternatively, you'll be just steps away from the city's best restaurants and other attractions like shopping, beaches, marina, festivals, outdoor trails, and other entertainment options. Go on a short drive to local wineries, golf excursions, and ski resorts.

At the end of the day, a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room comfortably sleeps 4. There’s also a pack & play, and high chair for the little ones. Bathroom essentials and towels are provided. A washer and dryer is included in the unit for your convenience.

With its prime location and contemporary charm, this condo offers the ultimate urban retreat for your next getaway to experience all that the world-renowned Traverse City has to offer.

Other Things to Note: The condo is located on the 3rd floor. Guests will need to ascend 3 flights of stairs. There is no elevator in the building.

You will be provide one (1) parking tag for a designated parking space on the lot across the street. This is included in your booking with no extra fees. You may park here overnight.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated condo. It was comfortable and perfectly located in the heart of everything. Nearby was Burritt’s Market — a wonderful gourmet market where we picked up delicious deli items for easy snacks during our stay.Jeff was fantastic with communication, providing clear instructions for parking and keypad entry, which made everything seamless from start to finish. We had a great stay here. The condo is conveniently located to downtown we were excited to be so close to our favorite places to eat Playa Bowls and Middlecoast. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. A box of tissues would be helpful though. Parking is across state street, about a 1-2 min walk. Jeff was helpful and easy to communicate with. Great stay!

The property was just as advertised. Excellent location to downtown with very easy walking distances to most restaurants. Parking was easy at the lot across from the building and we liked having a designated space. Newer, very clean and well decorated. It had a very calming feel to the place. Has everything you need. My only nit was the building mechanical/HVAC noise. May not be a problem for others but was a small problem for me. Communication with the owner was excellent.
