It was my second time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, this experience was not as good as the first. The front desk staff seemed resistant and unwelcoming this time around. People travel to Chicago from all over the world, and everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope the staff can improve their attitude moving forward.

The room and property was clean. The bed was super comfortable but our room was tiny and oddly shaped. Only 2 cubbies, 2 small drawers and clothing rack. The bed took up 90% off the space. Continental breakfast was very limited.

The room is clean however they never changed our sheets in 3 days but the garbage was emptied and we did get new towels. The pool and the hot tub were nice, breakfast was pretty bad only carbs and some hard boiled eggs. All in all it was a pretty good hotel in Traverse City staff was very nice

The room was clean and quiet.but the hotel's cosmetics were really in need of some TLC. Peeling wallpaper stains and holes on carpet. The breakfast was bare minimum. Yogurt cereal juice and muffins
